No shampoo no soap no towel no glass. If we need additional glass they will charge for that also. Swimming pool tile is cracked a small boy got injury. You cannot dive and jump in the pool. If you do you will be fined about 2000rs. Worst reception service. Cleanliness was a bad experience. Whatever we ask receptionist will simply reply not available we cannot provide it.

I stayed at the Palm Resort last week. It was a very bad experience. The behavior of the Staff was very bad. Occurrences of slipping into the Swimming pool were frequent. Check everything when allocate room. Ask for a checklist of item provided by resort. otherwise it will be charged from you. In case of charges paid for missing items to resort, please demand receipt for that compulsory. otherwise resort charges high than actual cost. My Experience - At the time of checkout, resort staff told me that 1 glass is missing from your room. You have to paid 100 rs. for that. when I demand receipt for that only 60 rs. charge for that. I never uses glasses of room because I use mineral water. Don't stay there please.
