Well-equipped cottage next to Teijo National Park. The cottage was built in 2020 and is well suited for year-round use. The cottage has a large living room with an open kitchen. Three bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 200 cm x 160 cm, the second bedroom with two separate beds (2 x 90 cm), the third with a sofa bed for 1-2, bed size 140 cm x 200 cm. In addition, the living room sofa can accommodate 1 person if necessary. The property is recommended for a maximum of 5 adults and a maximum of 2 children. Sauna and washroom, with a bathtub. Separate toilet/utility room. The rental includes two adult and one children's bicycles and a SUP board. In the summer, there is a trampoline and a playful basketball court for children. Thanks to the fast internet connection and a separate office, remote work is also possible. Within walking distance of Teijo National Park, you will find the small, sandy and gently sloping beach of Sahajärvi. Teijo National Park 0.1 km, Golf center 2.5 km, Ski Center 3,5 km. In addition, the cottage has a separate toilet / utility room, where you can find a washing machine. There is also a separate study and fast internet access. The diverse outdoor trails, lakes and landscapes of Teijo National Park are just a stone's throw away. This cottage offers quality living in a stunning setting. Just a short walk from the cottage is the small, peaceful beach of Sahajärvi, where the clear water of the lake and the gently deepening sandy bottom make it an ideal place for both children and adults to cool off. The surrounding area offers plenty of activities and experiences for travelers of all ages. Just a few minutes' drive away is Teijo Ski Resort & Action Park, where you can ski in the winter and have fun with fast-paced activities in the summer. You also have access to a separate 20 m² sauna cabin, where you can unwind in an authentic wood-heated sauna. This destination combines the tranquility of nature, high-quality amenities, and an excellent location, making it the perfect place to escape everyday life. Located just about 120 km from Helsinki, it's easy to reach whether you plan a weekend retreat, a longer holiday, or even a family celebration. The main cabin's ground floor features a living room/kitchen, an electric sauna, a utility room, a separate WC, and a bedroom with a double bed. The living room also has a pull-out sofa bed. On the upper floor, there’s a lounge area with a sofa bed, a seating group, a TV, and access to a spacious balcony. Additionally, there are two bedrooms upstairs, each with two single beds placed together. Next to the main cabin is a wood-heated sauna building with a washroom, and a WC. There’s also a separate entrance to a cozy fireplace room with a kitchenette and an air source heat pump. Above the lounge, a low loft area provides extra sleeping space with mattresses. The beach is about 70 meters from the cabin. While there’s no pier, swimming is easy thanks to the gently sloping sandy shoreline, suitable for both children and adults.
