Just back from a 2 week holiday the roms are very clean buy a little on the small side but fine. The food was good but 2 weeks it gets repetitive. The entertainment by the pool was great Sergio and the girls did loads slides wipouts and cooking treats, sangria and cava and oyster. The drinks at the bar had a good selection and the bar staff were good some better than others. We had a 12yo and 17oy would suit younger kids more but we enjoyed it close to the ***** and a good Irish bar around the corner Murphys.

We had a good stay overall. The hotel was clean, and housekeeping did an good job. The pool was great, and the splash zone for kids was a big hit with our family. The animation team kept things lively with daily activities, and the evening shows were fun. The mini disco was enjoyable too, although it would be even better if it started a bit earlier than 8:30 PM. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We did, however, come across a few who seemed less enthusiastic from time to time. The food was decent, but it became repetitive quite quickly. There was a lot of the same dishes served each day, which made it feel a bit tiresome by the end of our stay. It would be a great improvement to introduce themed evenings, such as Chinese, Indian or Mediterranean cuisine. There were a couple of Mexican-themed nights during our stay, and they were a welcome change. There are also a few practical areas that could be improved. The token or glass system at the bar, while understandable from a cost-saving perspective, turned out to be inconvenient. You need to return your glass to get a new drink, but this often meant waiting in line for a bartender just to return the glass. Having a separate return station would make the process much smoother. The main restaurant bar often felt understaffed. Waiting over ten minutes for drinks, especially during busy hours, was frustrating and could easily be solved by adding more staff. We also noticed there were too few sun umbrellas around the pool. Several guests had even bought their own, which really should not be necessary at a hotel like this. Lastly, while the rooms and most common areas were very clean, the hallway carpets could use a proper deep clean to match the rest of the hotel’s standards.
