Hotel Best San Francisco

Здравствуйте! Проживали в данном отеле с 25 июля по 5 августа 2025 года! Отель расположен очень удобно и к пляжу и к автобусной остановке Bus Plana! Очень удобно добираться в парк развлечений и аэропорт! Сервис тоже хороший! Весь персонал приветлив и быстро решает вопрос! Все очень стараются! Однозначно рекомендую! Крепкая 4-ка

Reception area is bright and modern. With bar and games area. Staff friendly . Room is small but modern and clean with air con, a fridge, safe, toiletries in the bathroom and a bottle water in the room. The tv in the bedroom has around 5 English channels. Cleaned rooms daily with fresh towels.pool area opens at ten which I personally think that’s about half an hour too late. I think it’s great that people cannot go out really early and reserve sun beds with towels but I think that 9:30 would be a more appropriate time as I felt like we wasted hours of our holiday waiting until ten am daily. Some people took to throwing their towels off their balcony to reserve a bed which wasn’t addressed by staff and should have been. Once the doors opened at ten there was a race / stampede to get to the beds which was probably due to it being in the high season but if you wasn’t there early you might struggle to get one . There was two different lifeguards on duty during our stay who was both good. One of them checked regularly for rubbish that was around and glasses etc around the pool to keep it safe and tidy.the pool was small ish hence not being allowed any floats in the pool but perfectly big enough to use with children and there was a small baby pool as well which was separate.The aqua gym was brilliant and the man doing this activity was hilarious and got everybody involved . We didn’t watch the hotel entertainment so I can’t comment on that but it seemed to be on every night and the kids disco seemed brilliant for the little ones . Be careful with your room key card as my daughter accidentally went to the wrong floor and the door opened for the wrong room with her keycard , she was literally in the room before she noticed her mistake and luckily there was nobody in the room that she accidentally went in and this made us quite anxious that someone might be able to also get into our rooms. Bar staff was friendly and polite. We was half board and had read the reviews going back for over a year and they all said that the food was luke warm/ cold and on all of these reviews there was a reply from the management and they all said that they take this on board and will strive to improve, however they clearly have not done this although they will probably tell me the same again after this review but the food was still luke warm warm/ cold even when we went down to eat as soon as the restaurant opened and I had to use the microwave to heat it every time. The selection of food was amazing and there was always something to suit everyone. There was bits cooked fresh whilst you wait which was hot although they didn’t start any cooking of this before the restaurant opened so you would be waiting quite a long time for the meats to be cooked in a queue which could be up to 10/15 mins waiting. Breakfast again cold but there was lots of choice from pancakes, pastries , bacon , beans and sausages also plenty of fruit and yoghurt and cooked to order could be omelette and f
