Belle vue mer et piscine. Proche de Portaventuraworld. Par contre bruyant, restaurant au sous-sol, dîner médiocre et pas de place de parking.

L'hôtel Best Punta Dorado offre des services de qualité avec un personnel très professionnel et à l'écoute. La chambre était vaste avec un balcon offrant une vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée. Petit déjeuner très complet et le buffet du soir présente de nombreux produits variés et de qualité. Belle piscine avec bar et transats. Si vous êtes en voiture pensez à réserver une place dans le parking de l'hôtel (15€ la nuit) car il est difficile de se garer près de l'hôtel. Je recommande fortement le Best Punta Dorada.

Amazing stay at Best Punta Dorada, the staff at reception and behind the bar were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious with amazing views! Food was nice with a good variety for lunch and dinner. It's only a 15 minute walk along the sea front into central Salou which was perfect and the bus was easier enough to get to PortAventura. Entertainment in the evenings was mainly aimed at adults and usually finished around 11pm which was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends! FYI the San Francisco cocktail is non-alcholic lol!

We have just left Best Punta Dorada after a week's stay. Beautiful location in a quiet cul de sac and only about 5mins walk from the beach. Bus stop only a couple of minutes walk around the corner. We were recommended to purchase a bus pass with 10 journeys on it at the tourist office (PLANA) beside the bus stop for only €10.50 - this was brilliant as a single bus fair is €3.55 and is only €6.50 to top your journeys up again so would highly recommend! Portaventura Park tickets can also be purchased from the hotel opposite (Best Negresco). Hotel was spotless and lovely and bright. However, as per other reviews, the room appeared to only be cleaned properly once or twice and just the bedding and towels changed every day. When we first entered the room we were met with a horrible drain smell from the bathroom and this lingered the whole time. We only got 1 bottle of water in the fridge on arrival despite there being 2 of us and when we asked for another during our stay it appeared they only give 1 'complimentary" bottle upon arrival. Only instant DECAF coffee in room also with paper cups, not mugs, which was disappointing. We went half board so just had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. Breakfast was good, lovely selection of cereals, pastries, fruits and hot foods and could get fresh pancakes and omelettes cooked. Also beautiful freshly squeezed orange juice and a few coffee machines. Dinner was ok. Quite repetitive and chicken was often undercooked. Also got cold very quickly by the time we got to the table so would have been nice to have warm plates. Desserts were quite sickly and th same every night but were also selection of icecreams and melon/watermelon. We also found the plates weren't really clean, often the first plate lifted still had sauce etc on it so as if the dishes were washed by hand rather than in an industrial dishwasher. I was also given a glass with a lipstick stain on it. Staff throughout the hotel were fabulous and so friendly. Nothing was ever a bother, not that we needed much assistance anyway. Guests were mostly couples and older people so was lovely and relaxed. Pool area was ok, we only spent one day at the pool and managed to get one of the last in the sun. Pool was very cold so didn't venture in, only to dip our feet to cool off. Entertainment on most nights, just singers, which was ok for us. We would return to the hotel in the future.
