H10 Mediterranean Village

Perfecta escapada en familia, hotel muy cuidado, personal muy atento y personal de animación maravilloso!!! Un hotel perfecto para ir en familia con niños. Habitaciones amplias, zonas comunes muy cuidadas, parque acuático para los pequeños y servicio de restauración de calidad .

There is an electricity outage in the H10 Mediterranean Village Cap de Salou since 2.40am today Tuesday 17th June......partial working but all rooms have no fridge/sockets working/air conditioning/hot water etc.. very frustrating especially for families with young children....requiring a fridge to keep milk cold etc. ....no Goodwill Gestures by local management.... disappointed by their apparent lack of a propr Business Continuity Plan.

Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The two outdoor pools were a great, providing nice options for both kids and adults, and the separate splash park was great, my son loved it. It had sunbeds for parents and the area was secure with key access meaning you are more at ease letting your child run around. Entertainment throughout our stay was pretty good, and the kids club was good, my son made quite a few friends there. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and spacious enough for our needs. We did have an issue with a leaking shower door, but maintenance came fairly quick to fix it although it still leaked a little, we managed by adjusting the seal ourselves. A few downsides: The wristband key system is convenient and probably more secure, but wearing a wristband at all times isn’t ideal when you’re on holiday. All the information about entertainment and meal times is only available through the app. There are no signs or boards around the hotel with schedules, which was frustrating. A very common question on facebook groups was asking about what entertainment was on and at what times, only to be told to download the app. In other H10 hotels I’ve stayed at information boards were always available and I think this hotel would benefit from that approach as well. The app should be a secondary way to find information, not primary/only way. The dinner buffet got fairly repetitive, a bit more variety would have been nice. Getting an iron came at an extra cost, and no ironing board was provided, making ironing clothes a bit difficult. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again.
