This is the worst accommodation I booked through Trip.com. It claims to be a three star hotel but it is a residential house, no hotel board there. While the rooms are claimed to be air-conditioned, the caretaker (Raj) told me that A/C does not work in my room. When I arrived, one guest was complaining that there was no water in the bathroom. When I said I paid for an A/C room, the caretaker asked me to move to a different location by talking to Trip com.
I immediately complained to Trip.com but it seems the owner told them a different story and refused cancellation. So this is an accommodation that should not be in the list of Trip com. I think it will be disgrace for Trip.com, if this accommodation remains in the list of Trip com.
