環境好，早餐好，服務也可以…
房間大小可以，就是整體樓梯有點老，沒有電梯，但是也不影響，是另外一種體驗，也不錯…
就是床太小，其他都很好…

Outstanding stay for our party of 21. So good we have booked for next year. Hope by then you have added Campari and Martini Rosso to your cocktail bar. Food, friendly staff, excellent bedrooms and public rooms of the highest standards. Can't add any more to this

We have stayed in this hotel so any times and the stays just get better! We stayed in Ingleby and this room is stupendous! The bed so comfy that it would be impossible not to get a good nights sleep! I love everything about it. We ate in the restaurant 2 nights running and the food is exquisite. The beef so succulent it just melted leaving a beautiful flavour behind. This stay was so good that e have booked again for August. Can't wait to see you all so soon!

There were 21 of us at a reunion were all childhood/teenage friends from the same area, although we are now scattered all over the country and previously over the world we originally met up each decade however following retirement (we are now mostly in our 80's) we meet up each year and this experience was unanimously voted the best and we promptly booked again for next year. The venue is special, rooms large clean and so well appointed, views fantastic with rhododendrons in full bloom, grounds immaculate, food delicious and very well presented and the best part are the staff who were so pleasant and obliging and efficient. Thank you to all for making us all feel so special. Here's to next year.

A incredibly well refurbished old building set in stunning gardens and grounds . I had a suite overlooking the gardens, a first class clean room very relaxing. Breakfast is adaquate and fresh, meals in the evening are well prepared with a good menu and wine list.

Service and cleanliness very good but parts of the hotel need an upgrade...especially getting rid of shower curtains !! and providing a non slip mat for inside the bath.We found the mattress in Jenny Bradley small, for the size of room ,and uncomfortable. We have stayed several times and love the location,grounds, and peace.,the excellent sized carpark and the friendliness of the staff. Evening dinners were of good quality and well presented.All in all a very pleasant stay but bearing in mind the comments about the room,especially that shower curtain..very old fashioned!

We stayed for one night in a deluxe room, enjoying dinner and breakfast. The room was large with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. My only criticism was the time taken to fill the bath but recognise that with old buildings water pressure can be a problem. The grounds are beautiful and I enjoyed a short walk during our stay. Dinner was well presented and tasty. Service was good. Staff across the hotel are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is a combination of buffet and cooked orders. If you want a quiet, relaxing break this is an ideal choice.

My wife and I have just had a one night stay here. If you want a hotel that offers total tranquility in beautiful surroundings, then look no further. A fabulous building in wonderful grounds, the dining room looks out over the gardens. The food is superb and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. We went for a de luxe room which is one of the largest hotel rooms we have ever had. The grounds are fabulous to walk around and the parking is more than ample. With plenty of lounge areas and a snooker room, the bar area is a great place to pass the time. Highly recommended.

One night in suite
Everything looked very nice on the surface, fading a bit in places, we went for my husbands birthday, expected a little effort as the staff knew, however it wasnt mentioned at all, also it could of been a bit cleaner, large cobweb in bathroom, just a few little issues that you dont expect at this price point, absolutely beautiful gardens though and very nice breakfast
