Saubere, gemütliche Zimmer mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Personal beim Check-In sehr freundlich und kompetent.Der Preis für eine Nacht ist gerechtfertigt und das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, das Personal hat regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Das Zimmer selbst war von der Größe absolut ausreichend für zwei Personen. Zwei kleine Dinge - das Bett ist mit 1,60m Breite ok. Allerdings ist der Abstand zum Fenster schon etwas klein. Also so 15cm - hingegen zur Wand auf der anderen Bettseite ist reichlich Platz. Einer muss also aus dem Bett krabbeln - es geht trotzdem. Die vorhandene Jalousie sorgt zwar für Sonnenschutz, richtig dunkel ist es aber in de Nacht nicht gewesen. Hier wären wir über zusätzliche Vorhänge glücklich gewesen. Wir waren dennoch sehr zufrieden und es wäre auch Turnerin ganzes Wochenende eine ziemlich gute Unterkunft gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Hotel adiacente ad un centro congressi con cui condivide la sala colazioni e la reception. Camera molto bella, confortevole e moderna. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza con letto matrimoniale e divano letto (eravamo in 4). Gli spazi sono stati molto agevoli così anche come l'utilizzo del bagno, suddiviso in zona doccia/lavandino e, in altro stanzino, wc. Vista molto bella sul Salzach, ulteriore plus della camera. Ottima la location con centro città raggiungibile in 10 min con i mezzi.

The hotel is situated on the banks of the river. The rooms were clean and spacious with nice views. The breakfast was OK but they could have more options for vegetarians. The unique addition to the room is a small kitchenette in the room: a microwave and utensils, lets you enjoy your own food inside the room. The major attractions in Salzburg are nearby.

This hotel manages to combine the prices of a regular hotel with the ambiance of a youth hostel. The rooms (Eco suites) are nice, with balconies overlooking the Salzach River. The location is okay, with good parking and not far from the city center. Room service and, in general, the attitude of the staff ranges from disinterested to incompetent to catastrophic. There are many small things that don't fit, showing that the customer is not king here. We have repeatedly stayed here in several groups for several weeks due to seminars, and this experience has been consistently the same for all participants, regardless of the season. It seems the hotel’s management doesn't care about its guests at all.

Don't choose this hotel in summer, there is no air condition in room. So room is extremely hot and sleeping is almost impossible. Breakfast has very few choices. Hotel is very expensive for the quality, use your money wiser. Car parking is quite good.

Ich hatte einen Gutschein, der eigentlich schon abgelaufen war, der mir aber kulanterweise nochmal ein ganzes Jahr verlängert wurde. Das SEHR nett, vielen Dank dafür! Das ECO-Suite ist mit dem "Jugendgästehaus" Kolpinghaus zusammen gebaut, ist aber auf der "ruhigen Seite". Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Stadtseite, mit Balkon, und hatte einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Zimmer sind neu, sehr groß und sauber, das Bett ist super bequem, und - was man selten sieht - sind die Toilette und das Bad getrennt. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Mikrolle und Kühlschrank ist auch vorhanden. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles, was man üblicherweise erwartet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, kann das ECO Suite wärmstens empfehlen und werde, wenn ich wieder mal in der Gegend bin, sicher wiederkommen.

The hotel was perfect, big comfortable and modern rooms, free wi-fi and parking, tasty breakfast, it is a couple of miles from the city centre, if you have a car it is a great choice, a great value for your money.

O quarto é bastante espaçoso e funcional. Tem uma varanda deliciosa e banheiros separados. O quarto ainda tem varanda e estacionamento na frente , gratuito. Wi-Fi rápida e fácil. O café da manhã é farto e variado, no esquema self service. No ápice do calor, o ar condicionado estava inoperante apesar das enormes janelas que transformaram o quarto numa estufa de plantas. Fui reclamar . A resposta é que o hotel é Eco friendly e desliga o ar em certas épocas. Falando com recepção, falei que deveria ser guest friendly. Saí com 2 ventiladores na mão ! Juro …
