"Everything was very impressive, good service, but the hotel is a bit deep inside. In the morning, it's hard to find a restaurant. The cleaning lady's mouth hurts so much that the door can't be opened, so we called her to help open it, but when she arrived, she complained that it was nothing, the door was normal, using an unhappy voice. And she kept talking after us until we checked out, she kept talking after us. Please warn her because we don't work there. We don't know how to open it, so instead of telling us nicely"
"The hotel is great for the value for money and location. Staff did not speak English but tried their best and were friendly. Only strange thing was that they would clean the room on demand only."
"The room is very clean. All maids and staff provide good service, an open, quiet atmosphere, a fresh place to travel, close to many food sources. Next time, come to stay again. This has stayed 2 times already. I like clean and quiet."

"The location is relatively biased, but the owner is very sincere, sometimes the temporary network can not reach the car, rainy days to the road to stop the car. Some room types open three people, more flexible, suitable for the whole family or business people to travel more. It would be better if the pool could be used to salvage insects every day."

Amazing
CCharlesExcellent, trendy hotel close to the BTS Line. Well appointed and a newer hotel, it did not disappoint. You can hop on the train and head over to Robinson Mall or catch the ferry to head across the river to get away from the city crowds. Loved the kitchenette in our room and wish we had stayed longer to enjoy it. Nonetheless, a great stay for the one night we were there. The Samutprakarn Hotel is quite impressive and the rates reasonable, especially for the low-season.
GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel, pretty upscale facility. Very nice pool and sauna. Decent full buffet breakfast. It is located right next to, almost inside ancient city. From train station to ancient city, take the 10 baht songthaew #36 to ancient city. Call the hotel or ask ancient city staff to send for the free cart instead of trying to walk up to the hotel. Buy ancient city tickets online at trip.com or Kookla, recommend rent a bike there, ride until it gets hot, lock bike go back to hotel and come back in evening when cooler. Took off a star because saw rat droppings in room.
GGuest UserI really enjoyed my time at Blue Hippo Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a nice modern touch. The bed was soft and perfect for a good night’s sleep.
The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a relaxed vibe and a convenient location, close to local shops and restaurants.
It’s a great choice if you want a cozy, affordable place to stay with easy access to everything. I would definitely stay here again!
PPranisaLocated in a nice area, with a shuttle bus to BTS Bearing (though I didn’t use it).
1. I arrived at 10 PM on a rainy night. The staff were nice and the check-in was smooth. I stayed in Tower B, and they offered to take me there by van so I and my luggage wouldn’t get wet. However, the van couldn’t park directly in front of the door, so I still had to walk a bit in the rain to reach the entrance.
2. The Wi-Fi on the 4th floor was very weak — slower than my 5G. I think they should improve this. Good Wi-Fi is a basic facility and should be reliable.
3. The TV had normal quality and limited channels. The channel list on the room card didn’t work — even basic ones like Channel 3 or Workpoint weren’t available. Don’t even hope for Netflix; it’s not happening.
4. The bathroom was clean and spacious, though it had a slight smell. Still, nothing too bad.
5. The room and towels were clean. The hairdryer, fridge, and air conditioner worked well.
6. On my second day, a maid knocked on my door at 10 AM asking if I wanted the room cleaned. I felt this was a bit intrusive — if there’s no sign on the door requesting cleaning, they shouldn’t disturb guests. Also, she asked if I wasn’t going to work — excuse me, do hotel guests have to be working?
7. The place was quiet at night, which I liked, but during the day there were some noises from carts being wheeled around.
Overall, it wasn’t bad — not terrible — but I didn’t really enjoy my stay.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel room is spacious and bright
Really enjoyed the small swimming pool which is clean and quiet
The location is not that much convenient to travel to the downtown because it's far away from both MRT and BTS stations
GGuest UserIs a small bustling suburbs. There is a mall Imperial World Samrong, a mall that can get everything you need. We went there for days because there is a figure skating competition. They do provide shuttle bus to the mall for half day.
GGuest UserThe hotel is dated but room rate is reasonable. The location is within walking distance to BTS yellow line which provides transportation options and convenience. Many low cost restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance

Very Good
RRarastayed there with my 2 friends, i booked room for 4 but they give us the shared room only for our group so no probs. Service was ok and place is so clean, they provided sandals for us to wear in the hostel. I like the shampoo, it smells really good. Overall good and recommended!!
YYuthThe Price is affordable. Location is ok matching up with this price range. The room is clean. The soap and champoo might not good, please bring your own. Allergies could happen.
Services are not that good for example I asked to borrow a plate as I can put some food and eat in my room. The reception would tell you that borrowing cutlery and dishes is subject to a fee. I have never experienced this kind of charge even in a 5 star hotel.
The bed and pillows are not comfortable.
Bathroom looks old. My bathroom has some water leaked on the floor all the time.
I could hear other guests shutting the door so loud in the middle of the night and it’s not a one time thing. This woke me up a few times. All in all, I won’t be a guest at this hotel again. One time is enough.
GGuest UserThe hotel has convenient transportation and the rooms are clean. The food is too limited every morning and there is no special breakfast. I am very disappointed.
