Excelente sitio y los empleados súper amables instalaciones muy nuevas comparadas con el resto de la isla, buenas habitaciones, Piscina espectacular, buena comida, cerca a la playa y a todo el comercio de la isla como la 5ta avenida que es el corazón del comercio

Es un muy buen hotel, excelente ubicación. La alimentación es variada y muy rica! La atención de la gente en general es muy gentil. Habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. Algunas recomendaciones y/o oportunidades de mejora serian: • De los 8 días que estuvimos hospedados en el hotel, 7 no hubo disponibilidad de los tragos que deseábamos pedir en los bares. • La ducha de la habitación se filtraba hacia el espacio del WC. • Se hace muy incómodo que en el comedor se deban solicitar los bebestibles a los garzones, ya que no dan a basto y tardan mucho en llevarlos a la mesa. • El hotel continúa en construcción y hay horarios en los que se podía escuchar taladros o ruidos molestos por estos trabajos. • La piscina es un poco pequeña. Lo recomiendo y volvería de visitar nuevamente la isla 😀

Hola mi nombre es Cindy me gustó muchísimo la comida. La atención del personal excelente todos muy atentos a lo que necesite. La mejor atención fue en el l bar siempre me sorprendían con los diferentes cocteles y licores. La habitación 20 de 10 muy limpio todo. El baño dotado de todos los implemento de aseo persona. Todas las noches venían grupos musicales diferentes para atender q los huéspedes

Todo estuvo muy bien, desde la recepción hasta la atención a lo interno del hotel, todo el personal nos atendió de maravilla, está muy bien ubicado, cerca de las playas, en todo momento nos dieron las indicaciones adecuadas para disfrutar de la isla

Llega al nivel de bueno solamente, pero se vio empeorado porque tuve faltas de dinero en la habitación sin ninguna propuesta de reparación por parte del hotel, o sea no lo recomiendo tarifa cara y personal de habitación sin problemas en revisarte todo

On the plus side, the windows to the balcony are super thick cutting out the majority of outside noise - which is extensive. Besides this, the room is your average 3 - 4 star hotel in America. Think Holiday Inn express or a Marriott Courtyard at best. Interior corridors at this hotel are not really air conditioned. Hot and muggy throughout the hotel. Sadly, this facility is probably one of the best on the island. Overall, San Andes is a second tier beach resort town. I don’t think there is a value of $400+ a night at this hotel. People are friendly and helpful. But if you are expecting something above a 3.5 star service, this resort and San Andrés in general is probably not for you. I have heard from the locals that Providencia is more laid back and quiet. I may try there another time.
