All guests use the pool at their own risk. The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during your stay. Security Cameras Our property is equipped with 24/7 operating security cameras that are positioned outside, facing the front and back of the house. Please note, there is no indoor camera for your privacy. Pet Policy We welcome dogs/cats with a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay. Dogs must be crate and potty trained. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. This includes smoking of any kind, including marijuana. A $500 fee will be charged for cleaning and deodorization if smoking occurs indoors.
