Waterfront home on a beautiful wooded, private1 acre lot on Sam Rayburn.

Our beautiful 3 bedroom lakefront home is comfortable for the whole family. The 1acre lot is wooded and very private. The master bedroom and ensuite is on one side of home away from the other 2 bedrooms. There is a full bathroom shared by the 2 guest rooms. Toilet paper, soap and towels provided. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, dishes, cups, silverware, foil, baggies as well as broiler and microwave and a convection oven. Folgers coffee is stored in the freezer, and there is a coffee bar with a Keurig and French Vanilla cups as well. There is a washer and dryer, detergent and dryer sheets provided. Beautiful huge back deck with comfortable chairs and long table for outside dining. Corn hole game on back deck. Movies and various games inside. There is a propane pit for grilling. We are 5 miles from the boat ramp on FM 83 and 8 miles from beautiful Powell Park. We are located in the San Augustine national forest for all of you hunters out there. Also a great place to stay for bass tournaments.
