Lugar muito familiar. Quarto limpo e com uma vista para o lago incrível. O café da manhã é um pouco fraco, mas nada que desabone a hospedagem. Roupas de cama limpas e funcionários bem atenciosos. Banheiro limpo e completo.

The view from the dining room and my room was amazing! The staff was nice and responsive. However, they were not so diligent. When I got there, the shower was not working, the heat was blasting. This stuff should be checked before a guest arrives. But they fixed these issues when I asked. They got a plumber the next day to fix the shower. And they turned down the heat. There was also a raised platform that was a tripping hazard on the way from the bathroom to the bed. They should have had nightlights to show that when the room is dark. The breakfast didn't have great gluten-free options the first morning I was there, but that's pretty common for hotel breakfasts in Argentina. They got chipas for the days later so it was ok. The place was generally shabby but clean. My bag was heavy and I stupidly didn't realize there was no elevator, so I asked for help and was given assistance.

Este hospedaje fue uno de los mejores donde me he quedado, hasta puedo decir que fue el mejor. Tiene una excelente atencion, desde antes de alquilar hasta el momento de irte. El desayuno es muy abundante y con mucha variedad con una increible vista al Lago Nahuel Huapi. Es un lugar al cual volveré sin dudas.

The room was dirty with old stained carpeting. There was no hot water and none of us could shower. The room was stuffy with a lack of fresh air. We did not stay for the free breakfast because our stay was so awful. Overall, this was the worst stay we had during our two weeks in Argentina.

This property was dirty. The carpet was worn, old and stained. It was covered with dirt and hair. There was no hot water. None of us could shower. I demand a full refund.
