" Generally speaking, it is a price for one point, so there is nothing to spit in such a high price. Its scenery, service, all hardware and software are worthy of its price. If you do not consider economic factors, this hotel must be the first choice. You must not be disappointed."

Outstanding
GGuest UserAbsolutely loved this place. The grounds were beautiful and you felt like you were really in the middle of the jungle, but with all your creature comforts. Breakfast each morning was great, with a good choice of local and western options. Would definitely stay again.
SSabsKebabsHad the best stay here after a very disappointing stay at another property. Luis the property manager was so welcoming and attentive. The property itself is brand new, and tastefully done. Loved the hot tub, loved the towel and linen collection and really appreciated the rain shower.
It was a pleasant stay and highly recommended. We enjoyed coming back to the loft after a day of exploring.
GGuest UserThe hotel looks exactly like the images, our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The whole hotel has the jungle vibe that’s expected from the area. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Not walking-distance from a lot of places but we had a car so no problem there. I would visit again.
GGuest UserThe hotel is great and the staff is even greater.
The overall decoration of the whole premisses is very beautiful and there's a nice garden facing all rooms.
The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom has a good size and the bath space is big. The shower has a good volume of water and the heating works fine.
The room also has a closet, a drying rack for clothes (very helpful with all the hot springs and rain), a small fridge and air conditioning.
There are two pools and they are well cleaned.
But the staff is the real highlight of the hotel. Everyone is super friendly, polite and helpful. They cook an amazing breakfast and can also help finding the best tours.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay at La Fortuna.
Highly recommended.
Thanks everyone for the great stay, keep up the good work!
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful experience with Casa Luna! The hotel property is beautiful with an amazing garden. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious!
The hotel staff are very nice and ready to help. One night we were walking in the garden, we ran into a hotel security, Dimas (hope I got the name right). We asked about animals. Dimas right away gave us a tour and showed us so many animals! We saw sloth, snake, frogs (including the green one), alligator, fresh water crab...all in the hotel garden!!! The garden is a paradise. Inside the hotel property, all we could hear was the sounds of insects, frogs, birds...
We are so happy that we stayed at Casa Luna!
RRenee MilevojThey were very strict about having a person added to the room and there was a dead frog in one of the hot tubs late at night- but it was afterhours lol. It is a natural hot spring and I am not really a nature-nature person. My friends didn't care as it is surrounded by the rainforest. Overall, I loved it and would consider coming back for a romantic weekend with my husband. More for couples or relaxing than a party group.
GGuest UserThe resort in the forest is a 15-minute drive from the volcano and the town. Each townhouse has a shared courtyard, suitable for two more days. Although the hot spring area is not big, the background is the volcano 🌋
GGuest UserAmazing amazing amazing! I want to go back already! Hot springs were amazing, I love the option of having at least one of the hot springs open 24/7, they change it each night for cleaning purposes, they’re very strict on the towels, each one is literally accounted for otherwise there is a fee per towel, no big deal as long as you keep track, didn’t really need to carry a towel around anyway, the only downside I’d have to say was the Italian restaurant was much better then the buffet option, also the slides are pretty intense, I actually hurt my foot on one of them, but it didn’t stop the fun. Wish I were back there!
YYDAN StellaThe room was clean and tidy, but it was a little humid. The environment outside the window was beautiful and you could see the volcano. The lounge chairs and swimming pool outside were very comfortable. There was also massage and hot spring, which would be very comfortable.
