non giustificabili i prezzi così alti, il servizio al bar dozzinale, le camere gradevoli ma non eccezionali. Non c'è calore, accoglienza vera , spiace perché ricordo quando passavo con i precedenti gestori, i genitori dell'attuale proprietario, e la situazione era davvero diversa

The hotel is located in the centre of town, which is very convenient, but means the views of the mountains beyond townscape. Two of our bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, though one bedroom in single occupancy was small and did not have good soundproofing from adjoining rooms. The bathroom in the corner suite was also small. Beds very comfortable with good pillows and bed linen and all was clean. The main (St Hubertus) restaurant is amazing and speical. The other restaurant in the hotel is good, and there are other good restaurants within walking distance. The walks from here are many and beautiful and the concierge service (under the incredibly helpful Fabio) organise restaurant booking, walks and guides if needed. He also sent some items carelessly left behind by me. The spa is very good - needed after a day’s walking . The Gymn is not open until 8am. THe library is a lovely space, but it adjoins the games room, so is not a quiet place to sit and read. The concierge is also able to book taxis for you, but, something I learned from a previous Trip Adviser review, it is better to use a local company called Taxi Badia, as this is less expensive, efficient and the drivers are very good. They collected us from the airport, took us into Venice and organised a boat taxi to get us to our hotel, and they took us and collected us from different walking locations. Info@taxibadia.it. Io e mio marito abbiamo festeggiato al Rosa Alpina il nostro anniversario nel we del 27-28 agosto. E' stato come entrare in paradiso. Coccolati da prima di mettere piede al suo interno, con un ragazzo che ti accoglie e si occupa della tua auto e del bagaglio, al personale della reception sorridente, disponibile e gentilissimo, a tutto il personale dell'hotel, pronto a fornirti aiuto in ogni momento e luogo. Ci hanno fatto trovare un paio di palloncini a forma di cuore in camera e ci hanno omaggiato una bottiglia di spumante. La sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante St Hubertus 3 stelle michelin, all'interno dell'hotel. Anche qui il servizio è impeccabile. Uno staff di altissimo livello! E per finire abbiamo goduto dell'atmosfera silenziosa ed avvolgente della SPA. Pulitissima, ordinata e profumata, ti infonde un immediato senso di relax. Infine, dopo il check-out, ci hanno salutati con un omaggio inaspettato come augurio di buon rientro a casa... ma questo non ve lo svelo perché è una sorpresa! ;-)
