921- Beachside Cottage-Hottest location in San Diego

This house was absolutely perfect!! We were vacationing for 5 days and could not have been more pleased with our stay! The house was clean and comfortable and bigger than we expected! The location was perfect - - just a very short walk to the beach and close to everything! We loved being able to have our morning coffee in the front courtyard area then walk not even 5 minutes to the beach. There is so much to do and explore in the neighborhood and it's convenient to get to other hot spots around SD. The communication and checkin/out was great!Parking may seem difficult at first glance, but we never had a problem finding street parking.Our only 'gripes' (certainly not complaints ) were the shower water pressure is a little low (but we realize that is very common in beach houses) and the TV does not swivel to angle towards the couch. Absolutely no problem, as we didn't spend much time watching TV and the shower was still hot and spacious! We would 1000% rent here again and will be suggesting it to all of our friends who are visiting San Diego! Thank you so much to Shannon and Eli for allowing us to enjoy our time in your home!!!

Everything was Perfect. Be prepared to pay for parking. This property is super nice, clean, and conveniently located to so many attractions. You must be prepared for beach town vibes ( which we love). The property is located right next to the cutest barbershop, and nestled among an eclectic mix of businesses. The only downside was parking. Be prepared to pay for the public parking lot. That said, we had a wonderful stay and the owner was very communicative and friendly.

Great stay in Pacific Beach We had a great time. The house was clean, well-located, and check-in/check-out was easy. The pictures were accurate and the host was easy to communicate with. We would stay again!
