Your stay at *THE URBN PALACE* includes full, private use of a 2-bedroom unit on a 3-unit property as well as full use of TWO (2) tandem off-street parking spaces in the front Left side of driveway reserved for this unit. Entering the unit requires climbing 5 stairs to the front porch. The other 2 units are also operated as rental units ... Clean finishes and modern amenities create the perfect, relaxed space for your group to create memories together in the heart of San Diego close to the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, dining and shops of North Park. 7 miles to San Diego Airport (SAN) & minutes to major transit/rail stations. Make your vacation stay or remote work space more enjoyable and memorable by giving everyone in your party a comfortable place to relax, connect, and get a great night's rest. Sleeps 5+ comfortably however for longer stays 4 adults max is recommended. Extra Guests: In order to maintain lower rates for this space we offer a per person nightly rate which should reflect the number of guests staying.
