Location, Location, Location...this private & completely remodeled studio sits in the middle of San Diego's lovely Hillcrest neighborhood. A 5 minute walk takes you to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's or Ralph's for shopping ~ and many of the trendy restaurants / bars / cafe's & shops are close by. Zoo, Balboa Park, Gaslamp, Downtown less than 5 minutes away - Airport, Beaches 10 minute ride away.
The studio is downstairs from the main house with a separate entrance & completely privateAbout pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About checkIn:Check in after 1:30 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Was an absolutely fantastic stay, really close to the convention center for comic con. And the price was unbeatable! Very homey feel that made us feel relaxed after a long day out. Will absolutely be back next year!

Great location, Great studio
Exactly as advertised. Cute studio apartment in a great location close to a many key San Diego attractions.
Communication was quick, check-in and check-out were smooth and easy.
Would absolutely stay here again.

Small, but all you need!
This efficiency was perfect for my work-by-day, then visit friends and family in the evening. Nice location, near plenty of walkable stores, restaurants, etc.

Great loft in convenient location (A host)
Solo or couple SD travelers should absolutely stay here. The host Andrew is amazing. Very kind, responsive, and accommodating. He was very generous to me during a last minute stay, and his loft had all of the basic amenities to meet all of my needs. Safe neighborhood. Many shops, eateries, etc all within basic city walking distance. Highly recommend.

Amazing
We didn’t go into this with any crazy expectations. But upon arriving we were just two blocks from amazing food places and easy freeway access. Inside the property itself was really clean and had so many different amenities. The host had forks, iron, coffee, etc. You name it and the host had it ready for you. We had the pleasure of meeting Andrew. And he was such a nice and easy going guy. Very pleasant and cared about our experience in San Diego. Only recommendation I could find is to have a full body mirror for the ladies as that was the only thing needed while getting ready. Everything was great though and we definitely want to come back and do it again!
