There is also a brand new front loader washer and dryer in the kitchen for your convenience. The Primary bedroom features a queen bed, a Smart TV, lots of closet space, and a ceiling fan. The 1st Guest bedroom has twin bunk beds with a trundle that comfortably sleeps 3 children. There is also a Smart TV in this room and a ceiling fan. The 2nd Guest bedroom has a queen bed with Smart TV and ceiling fan. The sofa is also a queen sleeper as well. Pack and Play and child high chair make this house kid friendly as well. There are two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower that is clean, fresh, and light and the other has a tub/shower combo also completely brand new. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. This home has a maximum occupancy of 9 people. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced. Strictly NO pool parties or parties of any kind are allowed at this property. For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the home uncrated if they are prone to check, bark, or are not housebroken. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy daycare or crate your pet. Any damage caused by your pet is not covered under your damage insurance.
