B&B la Cornice

This is the best property we have ever stayed at. The views were incredible, like I’ve never seen before. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had the Sophia Loren room and the bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was large with a nice shower. They had a washer and dryer for use as well. Host suggested a beautiful beach on the coast so we went and were not disappointed. The drive there was spectacular with many stops to take pics along the way. We even had a nap and then enjoyed some wine on the lounge chairs on the backyard patio overlooking the views of San Gimignano. The gardens were lovely and the birds were chirping. It was located a short 5 minute walk in to beautiful San Gimignano walled town. We had a car so we chose to pay the small fee to park close to the B&B. Benedetta, the host, was a beautiful soul who obviously has a passion for her place and for San Gimignano. This was a dream come true for us.

Deserves 6 stars. Everything perfect - location, views, rooms, beds, breakfast, host and her recommendations. Just outstanding!

Spacious well equipped rooms, immaculately presented and beautifully furnished. B&B La Cornice is a real gem. Attention to detail is everywhere, right down to the complimentary high quality shampoo, shower gel and hand soap in our room. The breakfasts were fabulous and the service from Benedetta and her family was flawless. The location was ideal - just a short walk from the centre of San Gimignano. Perfect!

Wonderful. A hidden gem. Impeccable service from Benedetta and her colleagues from pre arrival to check out, friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout. One of the most beautiful breakfast views anyone could hope for. The room itself was simple yet spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely visit again.

This B&B is a little gem! The views of the town are stunning. The grounds are gorgeous and I could have spent all day sitting around drinking wine in the garden. The breakfast was delicious. Plus the location is perfect. It is outside of town so you don't have to deal with the craziness of people coming to visit all day but you can easily walk to the center for dinner/drinks. This is a great place to stay!

We had a great time in San Gimigiano staying at B&B La Cornice. The view from the garden is superb. Benedetta is a great host and was very responsive whenever I had questions. We had the apartment with two rooms and the private Terrace. It was very nice, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfasts were perfect for us, great coffee as well as home made cake - delicious. It is very cloee to the city, a short 7 minute walk.
