"Because it is a few days of continuous living, it has been evaluated in another order. Overall good.
Pros: Courteous and welcoming front desk, free underground parking, breakfast, daily cleaning
Disadvantages: There is a cemetery across the road (it looks well maintained, greening is also very good, the periphery is surrounded by green plants is not very visible), but some people may mind."
"Overall I'd give it 4 stars. There was a stain on one of the shelves but nothing crazy serious, due to the pandemic there was no breakfast however they made up for it by providing free snacks and hot beverages 24hrs. Would definitely be returning. "
"It was a reasonably priced stay, and the room was equipped with a microwave, and the bed was clean and well-made with fluffy pillows that made you feel like you could sink into it.
My daughter's suitcase had been opened without permission at customs, so the lock had changed direction, so when I was having trouble opening it, she kindly lent me a hand. The staff are all smiling and wonderful.
Thank you very much for your help. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance."
"The price/performance ratio is very high. The parking fee is only $20 a night, and it also provides parking for you. Free tea and coffee are available in the hotel lobby 24 hours a day."
"It seems to be run by an Indian family, and they are clean and friendly.
There are 5 bus stops at the San Jose convention center, where there are many vehicles, and accessibility is good.
There are good shopping and restaurants nearby. This is a place worth recommending."
"During my recent trip to San Jose, I had the pleasure of staying at the Sonesta San Jose Airport Hotel. From the onset, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The rooms boasted a modern design, were impeccably clean, and provided all the conveniences essential for a traveler. Its proximity to the airport made travel logistics a breeze, yet the soundproofing was commendable as I had an uninterrupted night's sleep. The hotel's dining options catered to a variety of tastes and were a delightful surprise. For those seeking convenience, comfort, and top-tier service near San Jose Airport, the Sonesta San Jose Airport Hotel is an excellent choice."
"The parking fee is five dollars per car per night! Breakfast is also ok, because of special circumstances, I can only pack it back to the room to eat! California Order: All people fight against new lung sputum infection on the spot."
"The room is very big. The front desk is run by an Indian guy who is quite helpful. Breakfast is provided. The location is OK and it is relatively safe to live here. This price is very good here."
"I've been here a few times, and this time I'm here. The chain has changed the management team from the previous stay bridge, and some services and charging standards are also different. The parking fee is quite surprising to me."

Great
GGuest UserThis hotel is a hidden gem in walking distance of the city center and the convention center. Currently, parking is free there, so that alone is a reason to go there instead of the usual chains.
The person who runs this place is doing it with utmost dedication and love for the property and the guests. Everything is in top condition, the room is clean and provides everything needed for a business trip. I would give the facilities 5/5 if the towels would be of a slightly softer quality.

Great
GGuest UserIt was good. The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was clean and good. The room was spacious and quiet, and the location was quite safe and convenient.
GGuest UserBooked here on the recommendation of a friend. It's very clean and cost-effective. It's not far from the city. It takes about 15-20 minutes to drive. It only takes more than 20 minutes to drive to the Stanford campus. The hotel has a simple breakfast and there is no resort fee.
CCarrie-AnneThis is great comfortable room, clean and spacious, friendly staff with helpful kindness. I appreciate. Shuttle service as when you travel to a new different country/city you are not always certain of the taxi/ did Uber directions, given. Language barriers and technology challenges. Always helpful assistance for early morning or late night travelers. Good food options close by and a kitchen and bar onsite. Good room at a good price.
LLilyiyiBreakfast is an American simple meal. I like it. Coffee, biscuits and tea are always available in the lobby. It is very atmospheric. The chocolate coconut biscuits are really delicious. The room is comfortable and suitable for family use. It has a microwave, refrigerator, utensils and utensils. Recommended and the price is reasonable.
GGuest UserBooked this hotel for a concert at the SAP center. The location isn’t too far from it which is great. The area overall past the San Pedro market is kinda sketchy. You have to call the hotel for them to unlock the door to check in. Overall, the hotel was ok. I had asked for extra towels but didn’t get any. Bring your own amenities if you can help it. They provide a small tube of shampoo and a small bottle of body wash (which was already half empty) and that’s it. No hand soap or any of the extra little amenities we’re used to having. The tissues box in the bathroom was damp, which I’m assuming is from the steam from showers before. They have free WiFi, but it’s atrociously slow and really only works downstairs, you’re better off using your own data. If you just need a place to sleep while you go out and explore the city, then this works fine.

GGuest UserGenerally, the conditions of the motel are not good enough to go there, there are basic facilities, you can wash your bath, you can sleep for one night, don't have too high requirements.
LLukipooki99Booked this place as it was a fair price/ location and it said they served a buffet breakfast for an option of $12 a person. After we arrived we found out they don’t have a breakfast buffet or sell breakfast at all which is slightly annoying.
The room was big, comfy bed and really comfy pillows, nice quality bathroom and fridge/ microwave provided.
The gym however is not great, ther was 3 dumbbells all together on the rack but a few good cardio machines
RRoseyongyuanbaochiqingxingThe facilities are too simple, there is no kettle for boiling water, no coffee, only a microwave; it is quite old, the carpet smells, and there is still a little smell when the door is opened for ventilation; the bed is comfortable, there is heating, if you are in a hurry and want to save money, and you only want to sleep when you check in, you can consider it, otherwise it is not recommended. However, the attitude of the waiter is very enthusiastic and friendly.
GGuest UserI got in late the first night and did not notice how dirty abs stained the carpet is. This hotel room really needs to be fixed up. The drawers are dirty too. Somebody spilt liquid and it ran down the front. Never got cleaned.
The metal bar that opens closed the door to hall way is hanging down abs prevents the door from opening I had to push it up with my hand to get the door open.
I would move but I’m exhausted after work.
