The rooms are clean and come with basic amenities, though toothbrushes are not provided. The hotel also features a pool, gym, and laundry room for guests’ convenience.
One of the standout conveniences is the in-house tour desk. It’s easy to book day trips and excursions directly from the hotel, saving time and effort.
Overall, 99 the Gallery offers a charming Lanna-style stay in a great Location.

Located right at the city center, very close to the night market. Staff is really helpful and friendly.
Room wall just slightly thin, im a light sleeper, so wake up in the early morning.

This hotel was in a good location. The Sunday walking market was around the corner which was nice. Easy to get a bolt motorbike to other places on Chiang mai for around ＜40 baht. The pool is nice, there’s three sun beds. The overall architecture is so pretty. The staff are very friendly and super nice. I would deffo stay here again.

I really liked the hotel. It’s decorated very nicely. It’s in the center of the old town but not in a noisy area. The staff were friendly but weren’t very helpful when I asked them to help me book tours, transportation, etc.

The hotel is really great - very nice grounds with a pool, cafe and a small animal farm. Everything looks very nice, like I was living in a dollhouse 🥰 The rooms are simple and comfortable, I was very comfortable. The owner and hotel staff are very friendly: when I arrived late, they took me to a nearby cafe and then came back for me. Breakfast was included in the price; I chose the English breakfast - it was quite good. There is a beautiful park nearby, lots of coffee shops and restaurants. My only regret is that I didn't spend much time there. Thank you for your hospitality, will definitely come back again 🫶🏻

The hotel is located in a very nice area. There are a lot of restaurants and massages. A convenience store (Seven eleven) is in a 3min walk from the hotel.
Reception is very helpful.
Our room was family type. It was very comfortable.

Great location in old city. Good access to food and massage. Room is comfortable and clean.
However, shower room drain seems to be blocked. Water took a long time to drain. Aircon in my room was very noisy. Already inform the front desk. Hope they fix these issues.
