The studio is located within a private vineyard estate nestled in the scenic hills between Templeton and Paso Robles, in the heart of California's Central Coast wine country. A uniquely beautiful private setting with expansive lawn, a beautifully landscaped pond, lined with sycamore, and redwood trees, and our two resident swans. This studio is an upstairs guest unit with private entry and outdoor deck. Beautiful getaway in rolling hills wine country
The location is terrific, with beautiful scenery surrounding it. The unit is large and the kitchen is open and very well-stocked. The host provides a guest subscription to Netflix, which is great. All amenities are thought of, including an extra heater, outdoor grill, keurig coffee pods, etc.

Perfectly pleasant
Adorable upper unit. Could easily sleep 3 with the big sectional. Very clean and on a beautifully quiet estate.
*bring own shampoo and conditioner if you need them separately.
Unit has AC wall unit thankfully but if you don’t like white noise, bring earplugs. Didn’t bother Ilya at all. We would stay here again!

Family SLO graduation
Our extended family stayed in the main house and our little family of 4 stayed in the guest house. It was the perfect size for all four of us and was a wonderful and comfortable stay. We will definitely be back to enjoy all of the wineries.
