You must choose this hotel if you want being bugged My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. As there is a connection door inside the room, the sound proof is really really bad, we can clearly hear the conversation from the adjacent room. The family who lived adjacent slept late and got up very early, the child kept shouting and this woke me and my husband up. After that, we reached the reception and requested to have a room change, but the female reception staff refused. She said there was no other available rooms with the same price, she said we needed to PAY BY OURSELVES to upgrade another room style. I said it is not acceptable because it is your hotel's problem, if the hotel has a good sound proof wall, we would not hear sound from the adjacent room, but the female staff insisted this was the customer’ problem, not the hotel's problem and would not change any room for us. And at last she proposed to change our room with an upgrade fee €80. It is so radicular that the staff refused to give any help to us and just only asked us to pay more. As a result, we were woken up by the adjacent sound at 7:12am on the first day and 6:49am on the second day , the adults kept talking, the child kept shouting and running, and we could not sleep anymore. It was a very bad experience and we are very disappointed. We recommend everyone NOT to choose this hotel.

We have just arrived home from a fabulous week stay at the hotel with my husband and our two children (9&6) Our stay was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff were so helpful and friendly throughout the week. We stayed in room number 6316 which faced the back of the hotel - its the odd numbers that face the castle and pool - but looking at them we lucked out on our huge double balcony which was in the sun all day - although it was quite dusty! Perfect if we wanted some quiet sunbathing time away from the pools. The room was huge! We had a double bed (2 singles) and a sofa bed for the children. It was an all-in-one room as we booked a Junior Suite. I was worried about us all being together as on previous holidays we were always getting in each other's way - but the room was very large. My kids did find the glass window to the bathroom quite comical with the electric blind. Our children visited the Kids Club daily- not forced - they chose to go there most mornings/afternoons and had a blast! ALL the staff we encountered there were incredible and always smiling. (As an ex childrens rep myself - I know its not easy!!) My son had his 6th birthday whilst we were there. We had a complimentary cake in the room and a banner on the door. He had cakes and candles galore at breakfast, lunch and dinner and even had a sing song for him on the tree stage! So much fuss which was wonderful for him and us. My son and I visited the Hair Salon in the Spa for a hair braid each. The lady was really friendly and made us feel really relaxed. It was €30 for a single braid, I had heard it was cheaper in town, but we didnt fancy leaving the hotel this time round. Whilst the children were in the kids club one afternoon we booked the Couples Masssage. It was a treat for us as we rarely get time to ourselves- it was pricey at €220 but it was lovely and relaxing! Although we had young children, we decided to stay up at the main pools as it was much more spacious and more chilled. We would pop down for a swim and splash in the other pools every so often. The entertainment in the day was great - we loved the water mat and the inflatable slide. I sadly didn't get to any of the water aerobics/bike classes - but I did try the gym twice in the week. Which was really well equipped and clean. The drink selection at the bars were brilliant- we really liked the fact it was table service outside - the waiters were always quick on taking orders. Again, they were always kind and friendly. We ate in the Italian and the Steak restaurant and both we really enjoyed. It was nice to be served our dinner for a change from the buffet. As for the buffet, we really enjoyed the food and choice on offer -The cakes were delicious (I think im partly made of banana bread now!) I did find we had to time it right thoughn- as it wasnt a pleasant atmosphere during busier times. The staff were welcoming and were very quick at clearing our plates once we had finished. The resort was very good in all aspects the food in the restaurants was varied and great quality .The staff helpful nothing too much trouble.the room spacious and first class the pools and games rooms good we also really enjoyed the entertainment

Kamers zijn erg schoon modern en ruim. Met polsbandje kun je deur openen. Iedere dag schoonmaak en bij vullen van de gratis minibar (diverse blikjes en sapjes) iedere dag ook flessen water. Buffet restaurant is ruim, diverse thema’s gedurende verblijf. Voor ieder een keuze. Voor kleine kinderen ook eigen buffet. A la cart restaurants zijn top wel vooraf reserveren. Dat kan al vanuit Nederland via de app en je booking. Personeel en vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembaden groot, apart kinderdeel. Zogenaamde floaties niet toegestaan, toezicht daarop is streng. Schoonmaak iedere dag van zwembaden en als er om heen. Geen ongedierte te bekennen. Rondom zwembaden diverse locaties voor drankjes en snacks te bestellen bij restaurant aan kinderbad. Handdoeken groot en iedere dag wisselen. Het kan flink waaien rondom de zwembaden maar met de goede temperatuur is dat goed te doen. Er is een”geen hand doek leggen” beleid echter geen handhaving. Daardoor voor de betere plekken toch in de ochtend maar wat vroeger op 8 uur, om een plekje te claimen. Via poort aan achterzijde kun je naar aantal kleine stukjes strand echter wel lava kiezelsteen maar ondanks dat erg leuk. Populatie met name gezinnen met kinderen, Nederlands, Engels en Spaans met name. In avond divers entertainment muziek op terras en ook voor de kids leuke activiteiten.

We spent our summer holiday as a family at your amazing hotel. We were a group of 10 adults and 2 kids and I can confidently say we all had an amazing experience. The staff here are truly professional , it’s such a busy place but I can’t find anything negative to complain about . The breakfast was amazing and the food in all restaurants was so delicious but most importantly was the service in the lobby lounge. I would highly recommend this hotel especially to families. Looking forward to be back again soon

An absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms were spacious and equipped with everything you need. Food and drink plentiful and tasty. Absolutely no complaints.
