Just returned from a 4 day "mini" break at this lovely hotel. Check in very swift and easy - our room was even ready for us on arrival. Spacious room for 2 although the only thing I didn't like was the shower in the bath but as long as you're careful! Comfortable bed and good air con. Our room faced the main stage area which to be honest, was perfect for us and even if we went to bed early, with the door closed you couldn't hear any noise from outside. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms cleaned, towels changed etc every day. 2 miserable bar staff but hey ho - they didn't spoil anything for us. Everyone else was friendly. The animation team were very good and kept the kids (and some adults) entertained. Some good acts - in particular a signing trio "Stylo" were excellent. Now the food - it was ok at best. It all looks very inviting, is beautifully laid out and presented but quite bland! Thankfully, I love salad and my husband isn't fussy so we didn't starve - however, the snack bar area was awful. Very dark, not as clean as the main area and the drinks dispensers were full of flies - really off putting. As you turn left out of the hotel, there a 10 minute walk down to San Pedro beach which is very rocky, there are some nice restaurants on the sea front however if you fancy a change of scenery from the hotel. There's a free shuttle bus to Puerto Banus which runs from outside the hotel a couple of times a week - that's worth a visit just to say you won't go back there again! All in all we had a lovely break and would definitely return again.

hi all, 2nd time at this hotel it was great last year but has got even better stayed for 10 days 9th to 19th was even better than last year all the food was very good staff were lovely and very helpful room was spotless and cleaned every day, thankyou all the staff for another Fantastic holiday we will be back.

We have just returned from another lovely holiday, we have never visited the same place as the previous year, but we decided to this year and glad we did. Check in was quick and we were given our room keys, we specifically asked for Almeria Block, we were hoping for a room overlooking the pool but we were given two awful rooms at the back of Almeria Block, looking out to side street, so we paid €190 to get two rooms overlooking pool, worth paying for! The staff are amazing, from the bar staff (except the rude women) restaurant staff, reception staff and cleaners, they all do a great job. One negative was the food (again) we have read so many positive reviews about it, but it really is average at best, the selection is fine but the quality isn’t great, by day 4 we all basically ate bare minimum, pasta and chips were keeping us going, and the snack bar is poor, terrible burgers and hot dogs, but we did go for a Chinese which was superb, the hotel need to improve this. The entertainment team are great, so much energy, and lots of games and activities every day, but the evening shows were mainly pretty poor, but weren’t too bothered as the AI drinks are fine, and we met some lovely people. Overall we had a better holiday than last year and although food was once again a bit of a let down, so will definitely return in the future to this wonderful hotel.

Went end off April /May 2 couples our first time .Nice ground floor rooms in Granda block .looking over the stage and bar .can't say anything wrong about the courtyard hotel.breakfast good .only went in once at dinner as breakfast kept us going .evening meal ok. Went out for Chinese round the corner lovely. Watch it in Buddies went twice and both times tried to give us the wrong bill.they think you will just pay it.as you have been drinking and its late.look at the bill before to see its what you had . Everything else great Will return.

Nous séjournons actuellement dans cet hôtel, recommandé avec un Traveler's Choice Award, ce qui a clairement influencé notre choix. Le cadre est agréable, les espaces communs sont propres et bien entretenus, et le climat est au rendez-vous. Cependant, plusieurs éléments nous ont déçus : Les prestations toutes comprises ne sont pas entièrement respectées : les snacks annoncés à certaines heures ne sont pas proposés contrairement à ce qui nous a été indiqué. Le programme d'animations n'est pas fidèle à ce qui était prévu : plusieurs soirées à thème ont été remplacées par du bingo, parfois plusieurs fois dans la semaine. La qualité de la nourriture est inégale : souvent répétitive, peu savoureuse, avec des fruits non mûrs. Ce n’est pas bon même pour du très basique. Le personnel semble fatigué ou démotivé, ce qui se ressent dans l'ambiance générale, notamment lors du service. L'hôtel est assez excentré, et les excursions proposées sont chères (environ 75 € par personne), ce qui limite les possibilités si l'on ne veut pas rester sur place. En résumé, c'est un hôtel convenable si l'on cherche un séjour calme au soleil, et si l'on mange à l'extérieur. Mais il ne faut pas attendre un niveau de prestation élevé. Le label « Traveler's Choice » semble surévalué par rapport à l'expérience réelle sur place.

Séjour agréable dans cet hotel, les piscines sont la bienvenue face à la canicule. Hotel familial, ce petit village Andalou est très sympathique, le personnel est attentif et bienveillant. les chambres sont confortables, et les repas variés et copieux sont la bienvenue afin de satisfaire la clientèle internationale. Bilan satisfaisant,devrait satisfaire les futurs clients en recherche de vacances cool
