Nobu Hotel San Sebastián

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Staff were the best part, all super friendly and helpful. Location was breathtaking, overlooking Playa De La Concha, and a very short walk to the town, just far enough away to feel very peaceful. Would stay here every time I visit San Sebastian.

Excellent service, great location. Wish the gym was bigger with more equipment but super clean and beautiful hotel. Walking distance to old city with pintxos and easy access to the beach. Would highly suggest this hotel and check in and out process was seamless

Arrived to a nice welcome from the reception staff, but sadly it’s all downhill from there. The room we were put in, was not what we booked. The booking confirmation and website advised that this was a four floor room and we were given a different room category to what we booked on the 1st floor which has a consistent flow of people walking and cars. Buses frequently go past and the room is at a level where they can see into the room which completely destroys the view and luxury feel to our stay. Sadly the room its self wasn’t certainly up to the standard I would expect for a luxury stay and our room had stained sofa’s/chairs and dusty sides. (I am not sure if the hotel completely overbooked our room and that is why they put us in an unused room but it’s certainly not good enough). I made a complaint to reception where they tried to up-sale me to a different room at +€500 per night (even though they havnt given me the original room I booked) of my stay as it was the only option, which I refused. They offered to send a cleaner in to our room which should have been done before we even arrived. The sofa was given a load of cleaning products when we got back to the room and we’re now having to keep windows open to get rid of the smell and the stains have still not gone. Have two more days here and already no I won’t be coming back.

Gorgeous little hotel perfectly positioned right along La Concha bay. Everything was just right - chic room, attentive service, great cocktails and food, memorable views. Nobu is conveniently located but also quiet and peaceful. Thank you Team Nobu! We look forward to visiting again.

Definitely a MUST do! Our stay at Nobu San Sebastian was exceptional! The front desk service was personal, polite and highly professional, and the breakfasts were truly outstanding and a highlight. We look forward to returning to this impeccably designed hotel, with beautiful quality finishes and the most spectacular views of the beach! Thank you.
