"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place was truly awful. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in a shocking state — broken, dirty showers, a leaking toilet, and no basic essentials like toilet paper or soap. My bedroom was disgusting, filled with rubbish and belongings clearly left behind by previous guests. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. To top it off, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and bossy. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere — this place is not worth your time or money."

"كان هذا الفندق مذهلا ويعتبر جزء كبير من جزيرة وايت في ساندون. الموظفين ودودون بشكل استثنائي ومهذب، لا أستطيع أن أوصي بهذا الفندق بشكل كافي. العفويه جيد جداً أيضاً ولكن لا يوجد به مسبح كما تم تدميره قبل 3 سنوات . به مطعم ولكنه لا يفتح دائماً . عدا ذلك فهو خيار 5/5"

"Attending for a funeral, all 5 rooms were paid for for early checking. The team greeted us with compassion and kindness. The lady on reception was accommodating and said if we needed anything just ask. On our return after the sad day we had drinks in the bar. Daniel and the team looked after us again with kindness. The breakfast was amazing and the sausages outstanding. Well done Chef I thoroughly recommend this hotel and with the team on hand you won’t want for anything. A credit to the premier inn team."

"نحن نبقى هنا مع رحلة تدريب ديف نيو جوله سفر من كمبريا المملكة المتحدة. غرفة التوأم لها إطلالة جميلة على البحر مع نافذة كبيرة مع نوافذ صغيرة مفتوحة. الغرفة أساسية ولكن مريحة ونظيفة. إفطار جيد وخدم في الطابق السفلي (الشارع) حيث يمكنك الوصول إلى جميع أنحاء المحطة. يقع الفندق في وسط المدينة. في مكان قريب ، هناك المباني الداخلية للشققات. الغرف صغيرة ، ولكن نظيفة ومريحة. تحتوي الغرف على دش فوق حوض استحمام ، بحيث يمكنك الاستحمام الساخنة لطيفة ، إذا لزم الأمر. نحن في الطابق الأول ، لذلك نأخذ السلالم. ولكن مصعد واحد فقط إلى الطابقين الآخرين ، أربعة في المجمل ، يمكن أن يصبح مزدحما ، حيث لا يأخذ سوى أربع أشخاص. كانت رحلة من جيل كامل وهذا الامر محبط للغايه مع ان الاشخاص كبار في السن ينتظرون وصول المصعد للنزول مجددا وقد تم استيعاب الموظفين في الاستقبال لديهم اجواء لطيفه جدا . ولكن العيب الرئيسي هو ان ادارة الفندق تعالج المشاكل حيث ان الاشخاص الذين يقومون برفع الاسعار لديهم ذوق في التعامل مع النزلاء او تلبية رغباتهم وهذا اهم شي عندي في الفنادق الاخرى . تم وضع وقت لإعداد المطعم لكل مجموعة، ويجب أن تكون هناك في غضون 10 دقائق أو أكثر من وقت تخصيصك. موظفو المطعم رائعون خصوصا الرجل الفرنسي. أعتقد أن القائمة يمكن أن يكون مع تحديث IE وجبة الإفطار. تزودنا بخيارات أكثر من الاجبان مثل اليونانية أو السهلة. البذور والجوز والفواكه الطازجة مثل الجزر والزرقاء، والمعجنات، والعنب. يجب أن يكون هناك حليب دافئ في الحبوب، لأنها لا يمكنها تسخين الحليب، لأنها لا تحتوي على ميكروويف. لقد اقترحت درجة حرارة في حوض، ولكن هذا كان تجاهلا. الخيارات النباتية لوجبة الوجبات المسائية لا بأس بها. ولكن يجب أن تكون الفاكهة الطازجة أيضا على العرض، لتناول الحلويات. الكل في الكل تجربة جيدة. مناسب جدا للشاطئ وفندق أساسي جيد"

We travelled from Birmingham with a baby under 2 and the host was absolutely brilliant — greeted us personally and kindly allowed an early check-in which made such a difference with a little one.
