Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries, and all bedrooms have extra blankets in the closets for added comfort. Downstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms: one with a queen bed and an air mattress for additional guests, and another room with a full bed. If the cans are not down at the curb, please take them down and bring them back up on Friday after they have been emptied. • There are interconnected smoke alarms throughout the house, as well as a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for your safety. • The A/C unit is brand new. To keep it running smoothly, please don’t adjust the temperatures above 70°F for heat or below 72°F for air conditioning. Lowering the air conditioning too much can freeze the coils, rendering it inoperable. • The outdoor heater is available for your use in the backyard and runs off a propane tank. If you have any issues or questions, please let us know, and remember to turn off the propane when you’re done. • For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed to monitor the areas around the house and the garage.
