Sanmen Zen House Hotel

I went on a trip with my friends and looked at many hotels before finally choosing this one. When I walked in, I felt that the air conditioning and facilities were pretty good, after all, it was just opened last year. However, the hotel started to have no hot water around 7 or 8 in the evening, and they didn't tell us in advance. We called to ask and they were still repairing it, saying that it would probably take until 11 o'clock (just an excuse, because the front desk changed shifts at 11 o'clock). When I called again at 11 o'clock to ask, they said that their own repairman hadn't fixed it yet and had called an outside repairman, and it would take another while. If you can't fix the water pipe, does it take three or four hours to find the cause? They kept shirking responsibility. They said they would ask the room manager for help because the bathroom was not cleaned, but there was no news? ! 🙃
