Their first reaction to problems is to shirk responsibility rather than help guests resolve them. Severe facility malfunction: The room's air conditioning was not cooling, and the ventilation system was ineffective, resulting in a hot and stuffy room, making it impossible to rest properly. After reporting the issue to the hotel, no one took any real action. After-sales service is practically non-existent: After checking out, there was no way to file a complaint; phone calls went unanswered, and feedback was ignored. The hotel completely disregarded guests' feelings and feedback. Summary: Paying money to suffer. The hotel has absolutely no regard for customer experience. Please choose carefully to avoid this pitfall. And there were two extremely disgusting female doormen staring at guests."

"I took my child to this hot spring resort during the holiday, and this hotel is definitely one of the best I've ever stayed at. It made me feel right at home. From the pre-arrival call to check-out, every step was handled perfectly. I booked a private hot spring room, which was huge, about 80 square meters. The hot spring tub could easily fit eight or nine people. At check-in, the front desk gave my child some snacks and bath balls. The hot spring water was amazing, around 40 degrees Celsius – perfect for a soak. My child didn't want to leave! Luckily, it's nearby. I'll definitely bring my child back during the Chinese New Year. I highly recommend it; you won't regret it!"

"While driving through China, I stopped at the Swan City International Hotel in Sanmenxia, ​​thinking I'd see the Yellow River, the "Mother River," and decided to see it for one night. However, from the moment I entered, I felt uneasy. The receptionist was unfriendly, coldly handing me my room key and that was it. Back in my room, I checked my booking on my phone and discovered that Platinum VIP members could upgrade their rooms, so I went back downstairs to ask. The first thing the receptionist said was that I hadn't mentioned it during check-in, and the second thing she asked was, "Did you touch anything in the room after you went upstairs?" I said I hadn't even unpacked my luggage, but they insisted on checking with housekeeping before they believed me! Seriously? Do you think we're old enough to lie to people? What's even more ridiculous is that their "room upgrade" just means getting the same type of room on the next floor? That's just cheating! Luckily, they eventually gave me a real upgrade. Of course, there was also a minor incident with the air conditioning later on, but I'm too tired to talk about it now. Lying in bed at night, bored, I scrolled through my booking again and noticed it listed as including coffee and attraction tickets. The front desk gave me the same old response: "Why didn't you mention this when you checked in?" I was baffled. Shouldn't the hotel proactively inform guests about these benefits? If they can't afford to offer them, they shouldn't even mention them to fool people! I didn't get to enjoy any of the expected special offers!"
