"هنا مراجعة إيجابية يمكنك استخدامها: --- لقد استمتعت بالإقامة في فندق سوان لوكس الدولي في سانمنسيا! الموقع مذهل تماماً في داخل حديقة جميلة ومطل مباشرة على النهر الأصفر، تشعر بأنك في منتجع سلمي. لقد أعجبت كثيراً في هذا الفندق. كانت الغرف في الطابق العلوي حقا نظيفة ، مع حمام سباحة خاص. المناظر خلابة ، خاصة في شروق الشمس. كان الموظفون ودية للغاية وخرجت من طريقهم للتأكد من أنني مرتاح من كل ما أحتاجه ، دائماً مع ابتسامة دافئة. ومن الجدير بالذكر أيضا أن الإفطار كان جيدا ، وخاصة في المساء. الغرف كانت فاخرة بصفة عامة واسعة ومطلة على النهر ومجهزة بشكل جميل مع كل سبل الراحة ممكن أن تتمناه. على الرغم من الشعور بالهدوء والبعد عن الازعاج، إلا أنه لا يدخل إلا بسيارة أجرة سريعة ورخيصة إلى وسط المدينة، مما يجعلها فائقة ملائمة للاستطلاع. أنا بصراحة لا أستطيع أن أوصي هذا الفندق بما فيه الكفاية لأي شخص يزور المنطقة. تحفة حقيقية!"

"الفندق على مستوى عالى جدا من التجهيزات ~الاستقبال الأنسة و الطاقم بشوش و متمكن من متابعة والعمل على اكمل وجه ، السرير مريح جدا جدا و المخدات مصممة بكثرة التفاصيل . الطعام المعادن على مدار الممرات قد صادفة بعض الزوار في فنادق اخرى ذات الخمس نجوم. معاملة سيئة للغاية من قبل موظفة الاستقبال و المديرة حتى الانسة سارة و المتواجدة كانت تسعى جاهدة لتقديم اي نوع من المساعدة. الفندق على مستوى عالى جدا من الاحترافية و الاتقان. الحفاوة في الاستقبال كانت جد حسنة و حسنة التعامل من الجميع إلى آخره الطاقم كانوا في غاية اللطف و النظافة و قلة الأسعار المستهلكة المطعم غير متنوع و ضاع وقت الافطار بخصم من موظف واحد من الاخ و شاهدنا طفل و ركضنا بعينيك و شاهدنا المطبخ و قاموا بتعبئة الافطار لنا بجودة فائقة Great Henan really great and top! "As a loyal Ctrip user, I always strive to provide honest and responsible feedback on my accommodation experiences, offering valuable insights for prospective guests to compare hotels from multiple perspectives. However, this stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. Putting aside everything else, the lobby reception was utterly inadequate for a luxury hotel. Frankly, there was virtually no service. The hotel seemed to be taking advantage of its size, with the lobby staff being incompetent. Perhaps this hotel hosts numerous conferences and has no shortage of rooms, so their service was dismissive, lacking any of the service expected of a star-rated hotel. Choosing this hotel was the worst experience I've had in years! Utterly disappointed, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone expecting luxury hotel service!"
