Before check-in, I ordered the front desk to clean the room again. It smelled of smoke and dust, and the sheets were full of yellow marks. The most disgusting thing was that there was feces on the shower head! The staff of your hotel said that my aunt accidentally got it while cleaning. May I ask how you can do it like this, not to mention that I have already said to clean it again. Fortunately, I took it down and checked it. If you don’t check it, you will be responsible for the mental loss. ? , even if I change the room, how can I guarantee that your aunts in other rooms will also clean it with the shower head! 1⃣️ 衞生：衞生較乾淨。
2⃣️ 環境：地理位置好，出行非常方便，酒店隔音也還行。美中不足的是客房允許吸煙，但酒店無煙處理做得不好，有的房間開門一股煙味兒。
3⃣️ 服務：好在前台客服態度很好，協調換了兩間房，還喊保潔處理煙味。有機器人送餐服務。
4⃣️ 設施：設施有點陳舊，水池塞子生銹發黃，洗浴間下水很慢，洗完澡都漲水了。
