It's great, my family. The location of Sanming University is very close to the south gate. The boss is also very nice. He knew that I live alone and reminded me to lock the door at night. It's very hygienic and quiet.

價格比較合適，這個價格衞生還算不錯。有獨立衞生間，管理員還是挺熱情的，夏天配備蚊香。考試在三明學院，走路過去4分鐘。沿街噪音有一些，對面理髮店放的流行歌曲，樓上有KTV,對聲音免疫力低的可以選3-4樓輕舍，價格貴一些但是聲音小一點，定力好的這家實惠。附近吃的很方便。

衞生極差空氣瀰漫燒烤味被套基本都沒換過衞生間是蹲着隔音特別差晚上樓上開喇叭和電影一樣聲音吵到1點凌晨以後不會這類似招待所#衞生
