Ibiza Rocks Hotel - Adults Only

Ohh what a hotel & vibe there. You are in another world. Room has beautiful pool party view with balcony. Inside room amenities was sufficient(fridge/air conditioning/ 3 beds etc). In premises you ll find great bar, restaurant(must take morning bf), pool party area, swimming pool & lot of security but nothing unpleasant. Check in / out was smooth. They have super market also. We felt our stay was short & could hv been more 😉.. thank you for your wonderful amenities & the team to manage them.

Me and my partner decided to stay at this hotel to get the full Ibiza experience as first time visitors to Ibiza (pool party’s and it appears a party hotel), the rooms were basic but we were expecting this due to the type of hotel, they could do with a little touch up however. Staff were all friendly and welcoming especially the reception team and we felt safe staying at the hotel, it’s in a great location not far from San Antonio water front and the main bus station and there is also a taxi rank outside the hotel. Food and drink prices are fantastic, very reasonable and the food was good quality. We did feel the chill pool closed a bit too early and we would have liked to have seen it open a bit later, it seemed to close by 5pm. We also felt the hotel focuses more on VIP’s and big groups regarding sofa and tables bookings for the party pool area as they are quite expensive especially for a couple, but maybe that was our own fault for leaving it until last minute, I did receive emails prior to the holiday, we just didn’t feel valued as hotel guests with on the day pricing of the sofa beds and tables. Finally, as a couple we expected the hotel to be loud and basically a constant party, it was one of the reasons we booked the hotel to experience it (we’re not party animals, far from it) but we felt the hotel was quite strict with groups and the boisterous behaviour that comes with groups, they need to be a bit more relaxed with groups while holidaying at the hotel, I understand there needs to be law and order but it came across a bit too much at times from what I witnessed, not a complaint just an observation. We would stay at the hotel again.

Nasz dwutygodniowy pobyt w tym hotelu okazał się wyjątkowo rozczarowujący. Największym problemem był brak dostępu do Wi-Fi w pokoju, który był dla nas kluczowy. Pomimo wielokrotnych zgłoszeń, problemu nie udało się rozwiązać. Co więcej, próbowano nam wmówić, że regulamin hotelu dopuszcza brak dostępu do sieci w pokojach, powołując się na niejasny zapis. Jest to dla nas nieakceptowalne, gdyż przy wyborze pokoju w opisie wyraźnie widniały udogodnienia takie jak lodówka, klimatyzacja, sejf oraz Wi-Fi. Uważamy takie tłumaczenie za celowe wprowadzenie w błąd. Dodatkowo, poziom utrzymania czystości był rażąco niski. Przez całe dwa tygodnie pobytu pościel nie została ani razu zmieniona. Sprzątanie pokoju, a właściwie jego brak, był zauważalny – zlew i podłoga pozostawały brudne. Mimo że nie mam wygórowanych wymagań co do czystości, taka sytuacja jest niedopuszczalna w hotelu. Odnosimy wrażenie, że hotel jest nastawiony głównie na krótkie, dwudniowe pobyty imprezowe, a nie na dłuższych gości oczekujących podstawowego komfortu i standardów. Zdecydowanie żałujemy wyboru tego hotelu i odradzamy go innym.
