Not welcoming reception. Room dirty and not basics stuff in the bathroom! They only gave me two cups and one soap bar. Tried to request shampoo and information about hotel and reception was really rude

the hotel was ok, the food was good and varied, but the cleanliness still needs work, we had ants in the room, garbage under the bed, it doesn't work with the vacuum cleaner, the dust wasn't wiped.

We have been coming to this hotel for years, we love it here, everything is perfect. My husband loves to start the day with the yoga classes, thank you to the entertainment team, they are lovely, thank you Nico and Candela! We already wanna come back in a couple of months

We always come back to the hotel because we love it here, the staff is amazing and they make us feel like home, thanks specially to the animation team, Candela, David, Nico and Tania. We loved the yoga classes and the game nights!!! We will come back

The whole team and experience was amazing as always even after our fifth year here. Room staff are super attentive, the bar staff are always looking after you and even remember your favourite drink. Good location for many activities including some of the super clubs but you can also find quiet spaces. 😍😍😍

I came with the slip back in time group and it was so much fun! I did the yoga class with Cabdela and Tanya and it was so much fun and very needed class! I loved it.all the staff was amazing , we will definitely come back next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’

We stayed for 4 days - all staff were super friendly and helpful, food was good and rooms were very clean. Only 20mins walk to the bay and lots of shops and restaurants nearby if you want to branch out. We had a lovely break, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay, great service, tasty food and wonderful staff who cannot do enough. Cleaning staff work so hard and very attentive and asking every day if you require cleaning service. Thank you for a pleasurable stay, we will definitely be back❤️

Todo perfecto, el hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion en la bahia de San Antonio de Portmany. El hotel cuenta con una excelente animacion, los chicos son muy simpaticos y con buena energia. Buen personal de bar y recepcion. Muy recomendable. Gracias.

Great time in this hotel, great location by the beach. Good pool side food and drinks, servered by very friendly staff. Nicolas kept us entertained with the activities every day, he brought the good vibes with his big energy. gracias team..

Firstly I'd like to thank the management for their understanding on a personal matter whilst staying here last week. A special thanks to Theo, who was so lovely and helpful & a credit to the hotel. Treated my issue with the utmost respect bless her. The food in this hotel was excellent 👌 the room & hotel was spotless & staff were so friendly. I cannot fault this hotel as it's brilliantly ran & in an excellent location. I highly recommend staying here and the entertainment was first class. One of the best hotels I've stayed in visiting Ibiza & again all of the management were just lovely & helpful. Many thanks again. Regards Caroline.

We have just returned home after 5 days. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable with friendly staff. We were all inclusive and no complaints, we have been to previous all inclusive- mainly Greece and compared to those the choice of food is much smaller, however what was on offer was fine and there was something for everybody. All inclusive drinks are fine, with snacks throughout the day like pizza, nachos, fries, bar closes 11pm prompt. The hotel is n a great location lots of restaurants, shops nearby. Reggae beach is a 20 min walk away - worth a visit and cafe mambo is about 45 minute walk away although there is a water taxi right outside the hotel for 5 euros which drops you across the bay about 5 minute walk from mambos. Ibiza town is about 45 mins away on a bus - 2.50 euros pp- definitely worth a visit, beautiful place. Sunbathing at the hotel - they open the doors to pool area at 9am so expect a small queue- recommend the upper deck for sun all day. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Lo mejor del hotel sin dudas es el personal, los chicos del bar, Antonio "el mago" José Luis siempre con una sonrisa y nos dieron consejos de playas para visitar, Nico de animación super majo hizo una noche de quiz con baile y karaoke espectacular! Habitaciónes grandes y cómodas, super recomendable!
