Firstly let me say the hotel itself is beautiful and the room was gorgeous, but the staff are disorganised and it’s chaotic at times. Our first experience of this was at check in where one receptionist started to check us in, before picking up the phone midway( very rude)and then the other receptionist took over, however the first receptionist then kept butting in again, so the information we received was totally confusing. When we got to our room it was lovely. The room was very bright and surprisingly large. Immediately on your left was the bathroom, which although not huge was perfectly functional, with a large rainfall shower, wc and single vanity unit. The toiletries provided were also very nice. To the right as you enter was the wardrobe, which has a sliding door and full length mirror. Inside was a safe, a couple of shelves, 3 drawers, plenty of coat hangers and a luggage rack. Moving into the room were two very comfortable single beds, two bedside tables, and a table and comfy chair. Down one side of the room was a long shelf and underneath at one end two cupboards, one housed the fridge. We had also pre arranged with the hotel to have a kettle and cups provided which they kindly did. The balcony had a lovely view over the pool and the ocean, and was really quite large and private. The restaurant is where most of the problems were . Firstly the food is ok, nothing special it is just the normal run of the mill buffet food, luke warm but edible. The biggest problem is the staff, I don’t think they have enough,as every time we went down the tables were dirty and un made.Twice I had to go and get cutlery and napkins and set the table myself, having had to remove dirty napkins prior. Also the food was not refilled quickly. This could be due to the fact that we could never get in before 8pm as it was always so busy any earlier. The restaurant is open until 9pm. Which brings me onto my next issue with the restaurant, breakfast starts at 8am, which is a problem if you have an early tour or like us an airport pick up at 8am, you have to miss out on your last breakfast. Entertainment is on every night which is good and the bar waiter serving drinks at night is excellent, as are the cocktails. The location of the hotel is also excellent at the quiet end of Calla Millor, but easily reached within 10 minutes walk. One of the main selling points for me on this hotel is the pool area, whilst it’s not big, it is well set out and perfectly adequate, also there is no mad rush for beds, with plenty available all day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but would most definitely not have half board.

We do not usually book package holidays, preferring to book flights and hotels independently for more flexibility. However, we hit the jackpot with this great hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent. The rooms, communal spaces, the staff, the breakfasts, the entertainment - all top notch. The only negative (for some) would be the location. The walk to the centre of Cala Millor might be off putting to older, less able, holidaymakers.

An excellent hotel whit a fantastic team and very clean and beautiful rooms and facilities and a fantastic restaurant. A very good and friendly team and above all a real good atmosphere and very clean and well organised. The location is superb.

Service is top! Vriendelijk personeel en ongelooflijk net en proper in het ganse hotel. Dikke pluim voor het schoonmaakpersoneel! Klein probleem werd onmiddellijk correct en professioneel afgehandeld. Niet altijd parkeerplaats voor de deur maar op paar minuten lopen ligt er een grote parking.

Lovely high spec hotel, good service and food. Only downside is it's location which is on the very outskirts of Cala Millor so a lot of long walks to reach bars, shops etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area clean. Beaches are great with lock boxes on the parasols for your valuables.

Short trip here with my family . Loved it , clean and new . Great little break . Food and drinks very reasonable.great location by the beach. We rented scooters from hotel had a day on them. Definitely recommend . Adults only so nice and quiet if that’s what you like

It was a quick short break, and it was an excellent choice, adult only which is great for some peace and relaxing time. Great memories with family to remember. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable Staff are great and always happy to help. Food is great, always freshly made. As a location it’s great for what ever you fancy doing. We rented 4 -bikes from reception deck which they sorted for us. We managed to cover some good distance and explore near by towns and local food. Highly recommend

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, die Qualität der Halfpension ist super, die Lage ist ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Muchas gracias.

Very Nice Personal Staff

ruhiges, modernes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Einzig die helle nicht auszuschaltende Balkonbeleuchtung, welche aber gegen 23:30 ausging empfand ich als unangenehm

Het hotel is niet heel erg groot (140 kamers), dus erg overzichtelijk. Het hotel is super schoon en het ruikt er overal even lekker. Het is een adult hotel, dus er is een relaxte sfeer. Het eten verdient een dikke 10 ! Ook voor vegetariers is er volop keus ben er wordt ook rekening gehouden met mensen die bijvoorbeeld geen gluten mogen hebben. De winkeltjes liggen op zo'n 950 meter, maar als dit te ver voor je is dan kun je ook de bus pakken. Er ligt namelijk een bushalte zo'n 5 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel. Dus als je een hotel zoekt in Cala Millor, dan is dit hotel een zeer goede keus.

Fin hotel men for mye tyskere Veldig fin hotel spesielt suite rommet er fint, stort og fint utsikt mot hav. Basseng området er rent og masse solsenger. Eneste som trekkes ned er desverre at det er for mange tyskere på hotellet, dermed blir vi som ikke er tyskere ikke like godt behandlet i form av kundeservice, kun de i resepsjon som kan litt engelsk, ellers snakker de kun tysk med deg, litt slitsomt da man er i Spania og ikke i Tyskland, og underholdningen foregår også kun på tysk.. man reiser til Spania for å oppleve deres kultur men blir møtt med at alt er tysk.. de i resepsjon og de i restauranten er ekstrem hyggelige og koselige, smiler og alltid blide, veldig positive arbeidere. Men kan desverre ikke si det om de som jobber i baren ved basseng området, kun 2 personer som er blide og hyggelige der, det er ei jente og en ung herre, resten av de andre er sure eller smiler aldri

GREAT Hotel, but Cala Millor Beach not nice! The Hotel and staff are really great! Everything clean and looking new. They have a good entertainment program at night - if you don’t have dinner included, don’t miss dining at the Hotel on the Gala night! Great food and atmosphere. Bar drinks are cheap and nicely made. An extra compliment and thank you to the staff, specially to Simoneta at reception and Daniela at the restaurant! The only thing to consider is, Calla Millor is not a good/nice beach in our opinion - but location is good/central in east coast

Hotel muy recomendable Un hotel muy tranquilo y bien cuidado. El personal muy atento y agradable. Volveríamos.
