Great AI hotel in an ideal location, a short walk from the beach in Sa Coma. Room comfort excellent and in the quieter adults area of the large complex. Food and drink quality was outstanding, with lots of choice. Food and drinks were available at all times of day. Lots of activities, with cycle hire included All the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

We stayed in adult only section and this was our second time here. We love it. Food is fantastic, staff super helpful and hotel is exceptionally clean. Drinks are fantastic and if you want a cocktail not on menu just ask, they will make pretty much whatever you want. I’ve not stayed in many all inclusives but I can’t imagine it being better than this. Entertainment was perfect for us as we don’t like anything overbearing (didn’t enjoy the comedian on Tuesdays but I’m sure others loved him). Some free bikes out front or bikes for €10 refundable deposit at clubhouse. Can’t comment too much on family side but the pool was very warm (heated) and there’s a nice little coffee shop and other restaurants. My only incredibly picky comment would be the spa pool is a little tired but I imagine they will update it. The gym however is fab and they have updated machinery even since last year. We no doubt will book again for next year! Very sad to be going back to regular life! The staff work incredibly hard here, they are clearly trained very well.

An absolutely awful experience, I wish we had never visited this hotel. The family part of this hotel was filthy. The pool areas were not cleaned during our stay and there were ants crawling on the floor where drinks had previously been spilt. We witnessed bar staff throwing remnant's of drinks, with fruit slices in them into the nearby bushes. B block was filthy with bird faeces on the communal hall areas remaining throughout our time here. Our first room smelt like sewage and there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom. It took a while to get this sorted and another room. The inter-joining room door was left unlocked and allowed guests next door access to our room. On day 3 our daughter got food poisoning/picked something up from the hotel and she has never been so poorly in her life. We ended up in hospital twice during our week's stay and her illness continued long after we returned. TUI are hiding the issues with this hotel and we have yet to have our complaint resolved (Feb 2025). We witnessed another child vomiting outside of our block and it is clear that this hotel needed a deep clean! I am shocked that TUI were aware of the illness spreading around the hotel and that it was clearly still affecting guests in August. I am disgusted by the Customer Service at TUI. TUI's Complaints and Legal Department make it extremely hard to contact anyone and are doing their best to deny responsibility for the issues at this hotel and the illness that was clearly spreading around making their guests extremely ill.

I’ve just returned from a week at Biomar, with my family including 3 yr old and 1 yr old, and I really can’t speak highly enough of this great hotel. From the second we walked into a cool, calm reception to check in, and were greeted with a cold glass of bubbly we had a wonderful holiday at this resort. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern and well designed. The staff are extremely friendly, every staff member says hello and smiles at you. Our room was spacious, very clean with 2 balconies, great soundproofing, great large shower and whirlpool bath. Nice cool air-con and brilliantly serviced daily by housekeeping. The pools are absolutely brilliant, we loved the swim up bar, the atmosphere was really great and everyone was having a great time with kids playing together sharing toys ect, which was lovely. The pool activities were entertaining too. My kids loved the splash pool and attended the TUI kids club too, which was well organised and safe. The food was absolutely amazing. Quite overwhelming with the incredible variety and different themed evenings. The restaurant manager who greeted us everyday was really lovely and I must say the whole dining area was so well ran and the service was amazing. Drinks were served instantly, the food was replenished quickly, the plates were cleared straight away and the team in there worked truly hard every day, they are a credit to the hotel. We also ate at the poolside Grill which was also great. The drinks and bars were brilliant too, staff were always ready to serve and the service was consistently great. My kids loved the TUI Bots evening entertainment and the Quiz was fun too, again great service getting drinks to your seats. Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for couple with young children, it’s was perfect. My only criticism would be that I wish there was a latch to lock the balcony sliding doors at the top, as my 3 year old instantly unlocked the handle and went out to the balcony so that was a slight worry with there being chairs to climb up and potentially fall over. But otherwise 5 out of 5 experience here :-)

I was very apprehensive about our stay given some of the earlier reviews here, but we didn’t have any of the negative experiences others have mentioned - we stayed in the family area (husband and I and our 13 year old son) and saw one cockroach on the balcony, which you sort of expect as it’s Spain and it’s summer (!) and that was it! Room was beautifully clean, comfortable and spacious. We read some comments about the bathroom not being as private as it could be with a see through door so we emailed the hotel directly and requested a room with a proper door as with a teenager we all needed our privacy! This was arranged with no issue, brilliant. The food overall was very good. We’ve stayed in all inclusives before (very good ones) and this was much better than the usual standard - even in the buffet. I have complex autoimmune issues and getting food poisoning would be disastrous for me (would result in a near fatal adrenal crisis so very serious - hospital trip etc) so I was really pleased to find so many things cooked to order and cooked really well. The bookable restaurants were lovely and staff really professional and friendly. The only downside really - and this is not the hotels fault at all, just how we felt - is that the Sa Coma area and beach is quite run down; a bit like Great Yarmouth but with Spanish tacky shops instead of Norfolk one’s! And that’s fine, and we did have a nice time but we spent quite a lot on taxis to get to nicer beaches / areas. Portocristo was beautiful. Lovely to swim there. But that is just worth mentioning for others considering the hotel, the hotel itself was very nice. I wandered over to the adults side a couple of times and to be honest I thought the family side was nicer! More atmosphere and lovely to see families enjoying themselves, music by the pool etc. If you’ve booked to come here you will love it.

Probably one of the best hotels my wife and I stayed in. Junior Suite with Swim up Pool in the Family Area. Went to the adult side for breakfast and dinner most days excellent service and food All staff were great from the maintenance crew, the cleaners etc. A special shout goes out to the bar staff in both the Naos Pool Bar especially Toni and the Piano Bar especially Antonio Also special thanks to receptionist Ismail who always wore a smile and stopped for a chat. Also a special thanks to the TUI entertainment crew especially Christina for keeping us entertained with daytime games. As musicians ourselves a special thanks goes out to the hotel musicians, Cipriano, Anastasia, Richard and a special thanks to Raffa, Alex, Merilin, and Enis and all the other singers thanks guys you made our holiday. And a special thanks to Bence Borbas for his technical prowess. So good a holiday we will be back for our 8th visit in October 2025.
