Had a week's stay in the hotel. Hotel is mostly accessible for wheelchair users except the elephant chill out and the upstairs pool. Cannot fault the staff they were fantastic, and even removed the chair for our table before we even arrived so the wheelchair user could go straight to the table. Unfortunately the indoor pools seat was broken meaning the wheelchair user had to use the outside pool which was the only unheated pool. The height for this isn't suitable for someone who can transfer unless they are probably about 6ft to reach the ground......it was also rather iffy coming back out the pool, it would be suitable if you can take a hoist or the user is light enough to lift. Getting round the sunbeds can be fun as well as people move them and block access round the pool. The accessible room was a bit disappointing as it does not have a balcony or terrace and only had 2 narrow windows which had a bar which blocked the wheelchair users view. Space at the side of the bed are great, and the wet room is great however to get access to the bathroom the space is shocking our chair JUST squeezed through. Our opinion would be a great hotel for people with mobility issues not a full time wheelchair user just off the bedrooms. Because the accessible rooms are on the 2nd floor it means you have to use one of the 2 lifts..........which no one will offer to walk the last flight of stairs for you to get on. The food was fantastic and the staff were really helpful and friendly. A great hotel and we did enjoy our stay so would recommend just not for us unfortunately.

Just back from our 2nd visit. We have never revisited any hotel before but it impressed us so much last year. It’s so well run and in a great location. Dear manager …. you are doing everything right. Your staff are appreciated and engaged in all they do. There is such a great vibe and teamwork and this must be down to you at the top. I have never been anywhere before where the staff are applauded every single evening and are presented to the guests at a gala evening. Really enjoyed all the evening entertainment but in particular the reggae night Joe Truman, Simply Soul , Sheena sings and the comedian. Jimmy is an amazing entertainments manager and is the life and soul of the hotel. What a great guy. Food in the restaurant is out of this world - so much choice. Christian the head chef is such a lovely man. Enjoyed the paella cooking demo very much. Reception staff so lovely and all so knowledgeable. Booked e scooters and a trip to the caves of Drach with them and all went smoothly. Would love to return one day and will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Well done everyone.

We came back from this wonderful hotel yesterday we had 10 days of lovely food great entertainment the staff were so friendly can't remember all their names but Sergio was great plus Jimmy the entertainment manager everyone makes you feel special The rooms are lovely big & great views (we had Seaview room) as we were returning customers we were given a bottle of cava left in our room which was a nice touch love the fact that it's all waiter service at night which is unusual these days so no queueing for drinks ! We will definitely return to this hotel probably over & over again

We just got back from our second visit to this hotel and we really enjoyed our holiday yet again. The hotel staff are so friendly and hardworking and go above and beyond for you, the food is superb with so much choice and there's great entertainment every evening it was truly faultless in our opinion. We will definitely be back again soon for sure 😎

This hotel was brilliant and kept very clean daily. Adults only and everyone so friendly. Great view …Cannot fault all the staff at hotel and a special mention to sefie in his first season and Vicente plus entertainment manager Jimmy. Food was very good and plenty to choose from plus my wife had own gluten free section which was a nice touch. The hotel situated spot on with Cala Bona to one side easy walk and Sa Coma easy to walk. Across the road a beautiful beach and beach beds for 2 at €21.50 cheap. TUI spot on and put on taxi both ways. It was that good a holiday that we booked whilst we were still away. Thanks to everyone for a great holiday and see you all next year. We left hotel at 3.10 in morning but hotel put a spread out for you to eat and drink. Lovely touch thanks Protur playa Cala Millor… Weather spot on very warm…can’t wait get back

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, everything here was perfect. The staff were all so friendly and polite. The hotel was very clean everywhere. The food and drinks were reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast and dinner was great. Fresh, plenty to choose from for all dietary needs. The location is brilliant too, a lovely area with beautiful beaches. The sea was crystal clear. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for adults only. The roof top pool was idyllic.

We have travelled the world for over 40 years but after our recent 10 days stay this month that we rate this hotel in our top 5. The location is brilliant the food and drink excellent and every member of staff enjoy serving you and nothing is to much trouble making you the customer first in all that they do We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we are planning to return in May next year

The hotel was spot-on from the moment we arrived. It took about an hour from the airport. Reception was spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for us on the sea front opposite at the beach, close to Cala Millor and Cala Bona in one direction, the Castell de sa Punto de n’Amer which is a 17th century fortified tower in the other. Close proximity to bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We were in room 716 which was very clean, modern, including a fridge, the bed comfortable and well presented. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool, the beach and you could see the castle in the background The food at the hotel was very good both for variety and taste for breakfast and for the evening meal which has two sittings. One at 6.15 the other at 8:30. All drinks, including water are chargeable and have to be added to your bill. There is also an à la carte restaurant which you have to book in advance, you are allowed one booking per week. The pool area was large and sunbeds plentiful, the beds are free including the Bali beds! There is also an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi and an outdoor jacuzzi The hotel was definitely value for money and we would not hesitate in visiting again.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Nice, large, clean room with balcony over the pool and beach. Large outdoor pool on ground floor level, and a smaller infinity pool and smaller indoor pool as well. Food is served buffet style, with showcooking both for breakfast and dinner. Loads of options, and different food every day. Really good!
