The house has 3 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom, A/C, ceiling fan, Queen size bed and closets), a full guest bath, a beautiful pool, covered terrace, outdoor shower, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry area, living-dining room with A/C and ceiling fan, showers with hot water, and a perimetral fence.
This is the perfect place to spend an amazing vacation, close to the Santa Clara beach!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 11.

Great house and pool
The house is in a quiet area but still only 5 minutes from the beach. The pool was perfect and the grill worked well. The house is set up well for a variety of groups or just a couple. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and the kitchen was set up excellent for cooking. The only (small) negative is the outside lights stay on all night which makes it hard to make the bedrooms pitch dark. Motion detector lights may be a better option? We will be back as it was a welcome reprieve from the city. Great owner and manager communication also!

So many things we loved about the house the outside bathroom by the pool was awesome. The thoughtfulness that you had put up the green tarps to insurer privacy in the pool area was brilliant. Definitely needed the flashlight a few times with the power going out.
