The home has been custom built and features a wrap around covered front patio for sunrise and sunset views, living room with beehive wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, stained concrete flooring throughout, dining area, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Home has been customized with Granite counters and copper sinks in bathrooms. Master suite includes walk-in shower with sauna. We loved the location and the view from the porch. Great base to do lots of birdwatching tips and relax. Had a wonderful time and hated to leave.

Patagonia House
Incredible views greet you every morning from this hilltop home. Great kitchen and bathrooms, and comfortable all around. Proximity to great birding hotspots made our stay special, 80+ species for early February. The quiet beauty around the home was restful and peaceful. We hope to return again as it fits our lifestyle perfectly.

Beautiful, comfortable home with awesome views and incredible serenity. Whether you're looking for a hub to explore this unique part of Arizona or just want to kick back and enjoy some peaceful solitude, this is your place. Also, both the owner and the on-site manager are great to work with.
