Second bedroom has two high end twin XLs beds. Living room has a full sized sleeper sofa. In addition to being 3 min walk to Beachgate which drops down to Seacliff Beach, you can walk to Rio del Mar, Pot Belly Beach and Capitola! Hungry? Stop by Manuel's for chips, salsa and margaritas, Marianne's for coffee or ice cream, or Venus Cocktails for craft cocktails on the beach. Seeking the woods? The Forest of Nisene Marks is less than 10 minutes from the house, as is the historic town of Aptos.
