Hotel Ocidental

O hotel tem condições simpáticas e tem boa relação qualidade preço tendo em conta a realidade da ilha das Flores. É um hotel simples, mas limpo e equipa muito simpática. Relativamente ao pequeno almoço, o mesmo era simples. O único problema é que misturavam o pão do dia com pão do dia anterior, pois por duas vezes encontrei pão que não era fresco. O melhor do hotel é o restaurante e o bar, são espaços muito agraveis e equipa simpática também.

This is an economy hotel in a remote location. The heating system in the room was excellent both for heat and for reducing dampness during the continuous rain we experienced. Room has a great ocean view. The staff was attentive and helpful. The room is consistent with the class of hotel providing very few amenities (hand soap dispenser and bath soap dispenser), hand towels and bath towels. The beds had adequate bedding but were too hard for our taste. The breakfast is very simple and the breakfast room very cold but since there is nothing else nearby it was adequate (lots of coffee). The associated restaurant doesn’t look like much but we found the food to be good.

Situado no centro de Santa Cruz. Hotel a precisar de uma reforma e de manutenção. O pequeno almoço muito modesto e sem produtos locais, por exemplo, banana ou queijo. Não percebo porque é que o tripadvisor exige no minimo 200 caracteres para aceitar a avaliação!!

Nice hotel. Good price-quality rate. We had a spacious room with balcony with ocean- view and a big bathroom with bath. Convenient facilities: town and airport in walking distance, a gym, swimming pool, restaurant and bar. And very friendly people at the Servicedesk who phoned for a taxi and lent us an umbrella.

Eins ist sicher, die Lage ist sehr schön-sofern man ein Zimmer mit Meerblick hat…Das von eines Familie betriebene Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das feuchte Klima wirkt sich gnadenlos aus. Das Bett ist klamm, keine richtige Decke vorhanden, nur Überwurf und Wolldecke. Die massiven Stoffvorhänge & Polsterstühle tragen zum muffigen Klima bei. Frühstück sehr einfach, der Raum klein & laut wenn viele Reisende da sind. Die Leute sind nett und geben ihr bestes. Das dazugehörende Restaurant bietet lokales und gutes Essen. Die Atmosphäre im Esssaal (ähnlich Turnhalle) ist jedoch leider sehr laut & kalt. Alternativen gibts hier wenig…Flores ist dennoch unbedingt ein Besuch wert. Einfach gute Kleider einpacken!

Boa localização, mesmo em frente ao mar, perto das piscinas naturais e a 10-15 minutos a pé de vários restaurantes. Staff simpático! Quarto a precisar de renovação, cama desconfortável e wc também antigo… Pequeno almoço muito básico, sem qualquer inovação (tipo de pão, fruta, etc) durante os 5 dias de estadia.
