Muy contentos con los trabajadores del hotel Blau arenal, queremos agradecerles por su excelente servicio y hospitalidad. La oferta de buffet estaba espectacular y todo el hotel muy limpio. Felicitamos a las compañeras de recepción que fueron muy serviciales y atentas.

Personnel très serviable et disponible, 2 spectacles de danse en 2 jours toujours de très grande qualité artistique bravo ! C est bien plus que de l'animation.......Le climat de la chambre est idéal et les plagistes très aimables. Le soleil et la mer étaient au rendez-vous !!!!

Mi familia y yo la pasamos de maravilla, el hotel muy tranquilo limpio y con personas maravillosas, desde mi primer día de llegada me atendieron en la Recepción Jane y Linnet, muy profesionales en su trabajo, por la otra parte Yaneisy de servicio de habitaciones, que mantiene muy limpia las habitaciones, muy atenta y que siempre está con una sonrisa. En el snack bar, Sharon, celyn y El cocinero Pedri. En general mi opinión es que todos en el hotel son maravillosas personas, la piscina muy limpia y me gustaría volver a visitarlo lo cual también lo recomiendo no tengo queja de ningún tipo al contrario me llevo lo mejor de todas las personas que trabajan ahí que hacen un esfuerzo maravilloso, para tengamos una bonita estancia Gracias a todos

Literie confortable, bar avec des serveurs très sympathique. Belle piscine qui ferme un peu tôt (18h). Bonne localisation, proche de la mer avec transat. Proche de La Havane. Aucun problème d’électricité ici. Les agents sont très aimable, l’accueil est réactif en cas de problème.

De los peores hoteles calidad-precio de Cuba, muy malo el bufet sobre todo en los almuerzos, bebidas de muy mala calidad en el bar, sin variedad. Habitaciones, playa y piscina bastante buenos. Personal en su mayoría amable y muy trabajador.
