Melia Ibiza - Adults Only

We returned to the hotel having stayed there 3 years ago when it was the Sol, now under Melia, they have done a great job on building on what was already good hotel and turned it into an excellent one. Highly recommend booking “the level” as it’s great value. All the staff are top notch; very friendly, helpful and clearly proud of what they are achieving. We will return next year.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. Couldn’t fault it. Staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Rooms were spotless and modern and very comfortable with the most stunning seaview. We stayed in a seaview level room which included so much and is definitely worth the small fee you pay to be a level guest. The roof top pool is beautiful and we will be back for sure. Thanks again for the most lovely four nights.

Hemos estado (y estamos hasta mañana) aquí una semana mi marido y yo y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Destaco la amabilidad de Fátima, Cristina, y la responsable del Cape Nao Raquel, que siempre tiene una sonrisa en la cara. Además, te fijas en los detalles y es una más de su equipo, sirve mesas, comanda y absolutamente todo. A nosotros nos ofreció una cama balinesa sin cargo extra y la verdad fue un Detallazo por su parte. Aunque después almorzamos en el restaurante y te gastas más pero el detalle por su parte nos encantó. Jesús, de circle súper amable e implicado en su trabajo, me regaló un capazo que no me he quitado en todas las vacaciones! Y Fátima, un encanto, lo mismo te la ves en la piscina del The level sirviendo comanda, que en el desayuno, que en el bar y siempre con una sonrisa, da gusto de verdad! La habitación que tenemos es inmensa, más que en la foto, la única letra pequeña es que está en la otra punta del ascensor The level…. La única letra pequeña a poner de mi estancia y por ello no le doy 5 estrellas, es que tenía entendido que en mi reserva tenía un bono de 100€ a consumir en el restaurante, preguntamos por mail antes de llegar y un chico llamado Daniel de recepción nos contestó bastante tajante y estupido que no. Y al ser la primera impresión que te llevas, deja mucho que desear. También comentamos a la entrada si podíamos hacer late check out y nada, hasta el último día no pueden confirmarte nada, y estás ahí en el limbo un poco hasta último momento. En una semana hemos echado de menos quizás algún tipo de atención en la habitación, ya que no había ni cepillo de dientes, se lo pides a la chica de recepción de The level y su respuesta es “por sostenibilidad no se ponen”, lo puedo entender pero igual que hay tropecientos carteles que no se puede sacar comida ni bebida de la zona level, hubiese sido interesante como en otros Meliá, un cartelito en la habitación, que por sostenibilidad, en recepción hay amenities que no están en la habitación a disposición del que lo necesite… Y por último como crítica constructiva, las cremas protectoras de The level es un gustazo, pero el camarero las tiene bajo la barra porque la gente se las lleva( hay gente para todo)… Una idea sería poner muestras o un botecito tamaño viaje en la habitación como el que ponéis de crema de manos! Tenemos media pensión y las cenas también han sido muy variadas! Un gustazo! Hoy es la última y vamos a pedirnos un pequeño homenaje para despedirnos!

Lovely hotel, fabulous sea views. Recommend booking The Level section of the hotel. The Level is smaller and better with access to an exclusive Rooftop pool. Positives: The hotel is metres from the sea, so the views from most rooms are stunning. It is a 7 minute walk to the harbour which suited us. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The pool areas are spacious and there are plenty of sun beds. Good food. Breakfasts in The Level restaurant are great. Negatives: We booked a sea view room in The Level section. Lovely room with a beautiful view but it was narrow and the bathroom was small. Personally I don’t like loud music by the pool but I guess it is Ibiza…

This was our second time staying at the Melia Ibiza. We had a fantastic chilled week, the hotel and its facilities accommodate this perfectly. Enjoyed early morning walks along the unspoilt coast to Cala Pada, followed by a great buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The lady who is on the omelette station would always great me with a smile and have a couple of poached eggs ready swiftly each morning. All the staff were so friendly and professional. Special mention to Ana on reception, Javi at the pool, and the bartenders who normally worked the bar on reception level both in the day and evening. Rooms were spotless, so special thanks to all the cleaning staff. It’s a 10 minute walk to Santa Eulalia with a variety of restaurants and bars to accommodate all budgets. Lots of mentions in the reviews of upgrading to the Level. It’s something we might consider next time, but all rooms have a sea view and we personally prefer the pools downstairs in the day as more shade although the view from the rooftop pool is great for a sunset cocktail. We know that we will be back again when we fancy a R&R break to recharge the batteries. Throughly recommend!!!

A stunning hotel! We upgraded to The Level and it is well worth the perks. The hotel itself is stunning and spotlessly clean. The staff treat you like royalty. The Level guests get exclusive use of a rooftop pool and loungers with panoramic sea views. There’s a lounge serving some alcohol and soft drinks and snacks throughout the day, all free of charge (between 5pm - 6pm they also bring out spirits!) The breakfast area is so tranquil and zen unlike most other buffet breakfasts we’ve dined at before. We did yoga in the morning by the sea. Had massages in the luxury spa. The room is spotless and all rooms have a sea view. A short ten minute walk to the harbour and you’ll find various of high end restaurants and classy bars. Such a vibe here, will be back! The only negative I have is you have to pay for water on the rooftop bar. Given it’s exclusive for The Levels guests I’d have expected water free of charge at the very least!
