Instead of a lobby with a front desk, you enter a locked vestibule containing a keypad, instructions, and a phone number for getting help if you have problems. The system did not accept our input, and nobody answered the phone despite many attempts. An agent returned our call FOUR HOURS later, by which time we had made other arrangements. I am finding it impossible to get my money refunded, and have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

We love staying at Fort Marcy. Close to downtown. Nice suites. The major downside is LOTS of steps.

The condo had everything we needed and had a great location. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had double sinks. It was very southwestern!

Should've booked some where else
We arrived after 6pm. We didn't know how to check on late after hours. The phone numbers they provided didn't even work. No one called me back or responded back. I left messages and call back number. We had to book some where else that evening. I want my money back since we couldn't even stay there or get checked in properly. I'm very disappointed.

The emails from corporate “what to expect” during our stay didn’t really match the customer service vibe at the place. Also, hot tub was really gross.
