Forte Village Resort - Il Castello

Our experience at El Castello Hotel was incredibly disappointing — by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The service, facilities, and overall quality were all shockingly poor. What went wrong: • Staff were completely untrained, unprofessional, and unable to communicate — not even in basic English. • Constant confusion: they were never sure of their answers and lacked any sense of confidence or organization. • Every time we requested a service or tried to make a booking, there was a problem. • No helpful responses — just vague or incomplete information. • The room was missing many essentials, even a basic iron wasn’t available. • Food quality across all restaurants was terrible and far below standard. • For the high amount we paid, the experience was beyond disappointing. Definitely not worth the money. • This hotel doesn’t even deserve a single star. • Even during checkout, we had pre-arranged airport transportation — but it wasn’t ready. They made us wait despite us having a flight to catch. Completely unacceptable. Bottom line: Do not waste your money or your time. We left feeling frustrated, stressed, and regretful. Stay elsewhere.

Отдельно хотим поблагодарить Мирославу за помощь в организации проживания. Благодаря её профессионализму и внимательному отношению мы получили отличный номер, где всё было продумано для комфортного отдыха. Она всегда была на связи и быстро решала возникающие вопросы. Также хочется отметить ресторан Il Cavaliere — еда была действительно очень вкусной, разнообразной и качественной. Особенно порадовала приятная живая музыка по вечерам, которая создавала атмосферу спокойствия и отдыха. Благодарим команду Il Castello за хорошую организацию отдыха. Надеемся вернуться в будущем.

My family and I took our first trip to Europe this summer and after traveling for 10 days, we wanted to end the remainder at a beach. Our travel agent recommended Forte Village and she could not have picked a better place to relax and unwind! From the moment we arrived and met Valentina she was amazing and wanted to make sure that we were taken care of throughout the entire four days there.Every staff member was friendly and gracious. We never had one bad meal and we enjoyed the views from each restaurant . The pools were clean and had enough areas to get chairs and of course the beach was gorgeous and again never had a problem finding chairs. We would go back there in a heartbeat and we would definitely spend more time and maybe do some excursions that looked amazing as well. We can’t think Valentina enough for all the little perks she gave and always checking in on us. This resort truly was top-notch!

Прекрасное питание, великолепный пляж, огромное количество спортивных площадок, курорт утопает в зелени, а персонал создает все условия для отдыха.

Our visit to Forte Village was excellent! We were upgraded to the Castello when we arrived and the room was spacious and clean. The activities were wonderful. The kids loved zooming around on bikes and going bowling and playing in the pools and at the beach. The food was excellent everywhere we went but our favorite dinner was at the forte grill. From the minute we arrived, Valentina took excellent care of us. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. She even got our son a special cake for his birthday! We are excited to come back again in the future!

Location stupenda con servizio eccellente e menù top. Il pesce è di qualità davvero ottima e la cucina lo esalta. Panorama super e prezzo onesto considerando tutto. Consiglio sicuramente anche il menù serale di Heinz Beck davvero affascinante.
