Melia Llana Beach Resort & Spa

We stayed here for two weeks from 9th June 2025 and WOW, what a fantastic time we had. We stayed for our honeymoon and everything was just perfect. The staff, the hotel, everything. We did a couple of trips booking through TUI, we did the Sal island tour which included the blue eye, which is a must and the adults only Catamaran which was fab. We met a lovely couple who owned Bar Marley which is just a short walk from the hotel along the beach, Chris and Glen and all there staff were fab and the bar was on the beach which had a little Caribbean feel. We also did Sunday brunch at Bikini Beach, which was superb. If you are thinking of booking, do it, you will not be disappointed. We can't wait to return!

Experiência fantástica, em família. O hotel tem excelentes instalações, alimentação fantástica e uma equipa de animação top. Todos os dias atividades diferentes e a equipa sempre divertida bem disposta e muito empática. Obrigada a toda a equipa de animação, Mário, Lentino, Ruben . Azarias e todos os outros elementos.Certamente um sítio a voltar.

Pessoas muito simpáticas, interativas, bastante divertidas, diverti me imenso em especial na parte da animação com o Lentino, demonstrou que gosta realmente do trabalho que executa e sempre pronto a ajudar as pessoas todas.

Lovely location within 20x mins of the airport transfer. Hotel situated within a group of 3. Not a 5 star, 3 star max. Beach is wonderful but incredibly windy, the sunshades are threadbare and do not give enough shade. Watch for the flags to know when safe to enter the sea. Room 4655 was not ready for us ( when we arrived approx 2pm) for over an hour (seaview room), but luckily Jamina gave us our full inclusive tags to be able to use the facilities. Room was clean but basic, dark with seaview ruined by the Bikin Beach hub?? and unfortunately for us infested with mosquitoes. After 2x nights and 70+ bites (even with skin repellents) we asked at reception and the room could be fumigated!!!! This should've been done BEFORE their guests entered. No more bites at all after this, but damage had been done. A nightmare. An earlier booked trip to the salt lakes we paddled in, with Tui really helped and would recommend it. Very little hot water not nearly enough for a 'luxury' spa bath that was in the room. Barely enough for 2x 2x min showers. Food was samey daily but as EVERYTHING is imported we thought it was OK and we found something to eat everyday. The Roast pork (we had once) was lovely. The roast beefs and steaks imo like shoe leather far too over cooked. Salads were good, bottled water on hand everywhere. Thank goodness as you cannot drink the tap water. It will make you poorly. Carla,Daniel,William and Fracilina are all great happy smiley staff on the bars. Cocktails are basic though but nice. Use factor 50 as a minimum higher if you can get it at the general store the wind burn is as bad as the sun burn. Pools were lovely and clean and inviting. Security great and handy. If you don't change your towels daily you get an officious letter telling you to change them after every days pool visit. Surely if we are happy to keep them for the duration, if it helps on the cleaning, environment, sustainability etc? A trip to Santa Marie with fairly aggressive selling techniques ' lovely English people so generous' clocking our inclusive bands ' oh you are from such and such hotel, so generous' ' hello my Sister from England, come see my gifts'. After being approached 8x times in half an hour, we vacated quickly, spent 2x hours (mainly in a cafe) then took a taxi back for 5 euros. Always barter. They start at 20 euros for most everything. Two highlights I must mention: 1/ Take a tour of the Island with the lodster dinner incredibly informative and food was delicious. 2/ Natural Botanical gardens well worth a visit. A wonderful green oasis with animals roaming and a lovely little cafe for tea and cakes. Spent a lovely 3x hours here.

Adoramos a estadia principalmente por causa do grupo de animação do Lentino simplesmente maravilhosa nós proporcionaram muita alegria e umas férias muito mais alegre e divertida obrigado a toda equipe Estão de parabéns

Razoável As pessoas são muito atenciosas, mas faltam toalhas em todos os lados. Dificilmente tinha toalha disponível na piscina pra retirada. No nosso quarto deixaram de trocar as toalhas nos únicos 2 dias que solicitamos. Tivemos que pedir na recepção e ficar há espera por mais de uma hora e nada de ter toalhas. O lençol era velho.
