El Cactus Luxury Apartments in Historic Center

Amazing Property The property was amazing. The manager was very helpful. The staff was polite and accommodating. The location was perfect restaurants, bars and shops were in walking distance. I will definitely stay there again.

Sorprendente nos encanto Este hotel ubicado en todo el centro histórico de Santa Martha es la mejor opción cuando la visita es para descansar y visitar la ciudad. No es para playa pues no queda cerca de las playas buenas. Reservamos la suite presidencial porque veníamos de un paseo más largo y estuvimos allí tres noches. Nos gusto todo la atención, lo acogedor, la habitación es una belleza y el desayuno es mejor que en un hotel de cadena. En nuestro caso la habitación tenía 110 mts entonces nos llevaban el desayuno a la habitación sin hacer filas y súper puntuales siempre nos cumplieron con la hora exacta mejor dicho más cumplidos que los ingleses encantadores. Aclaró que solo hay dos suites que son las grandes por supuesto son las mejores. Entonces nuestra experiencia fue espectacular. No se si en las otras habitaciones que no son tan grandes pero se ven muy buenas igualmente. Tiene terraza y una Pisicina pequeña como para broncearse y abajo una Pisicina lineal como para hacer ejercicio. Volveremos pronto

10 stars service Cactus has personal attention and care, Maria, Indira y Carlos take great care of their guests. The room is super spacious, beds are on the too firm side, walking distance to restaurants and centro. No parking and driving and finding parking are a challenge. Breakfast is superb, go hungry!

Beautiful oasis! On the whole it was beautiful. Our only concern was getting hot water at the times we wanted to shower. The staff is aware and I believe they are undertaking effort to correct the problem. I think only our room was inconsistent.

Hotel is new, rooms spacey, pool very small. Its located about 3 blocks from where the restaurants are and 6 blocks from the sea. However this area the Centro Historico is very rundown, stinky and dirty. In the morning lots of people sleep in the street. Many lots/places abandoned….

After a disastrous start to my stay at another property, I found El Cactus at around midnight. They got me checked in quickly and even gave me a fruit smoothie. Every aspect of my stay was wonderful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. For as nice as the property is, the staff is even better. Mariah was a pleasure to deal with each day and helped me out a lot (speaks English if that's your preference as well). Great location as everywhere I needed to go was a 10 minute walk, or a quick cheap can ride away. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Santa Marta!
