HERE'S WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER... *A beautiful, clean, well-appointed 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home with a 1-car garage located in Grayton Cove, a quaint community of 14 Craftsman-style homes (Comfortably sleeps up to seven guests) *Community pool (Adjacent to home; see photos.) *Six-passenger golf cart *Four YOLO bikes, helmets, and locks *Three extra-wide stand-up paddleboards with life belts *Beach gear (Beach chairs, umbrella, toys, wagon, etc.) *All within walking distance of Grayton Beach, Grayton Beach State Park, a variety of dining options, shops and boutiques, salons, art galleries and make-your-own art studios, and fitness centers *THREE-MINUTE WALK TO FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO "DOWNTOWN" GRAYTON BEACH (BEACH, RESTAURANTS, AND SHOPS). HOURS OF OPERATIONS - DAILY 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM AND NOW ABOUT GULF BLUE HAVEN COTTAGE * Three bedrooms/2.5 baths (Two queens, two twins, & queen-size sofa sleeper) * 75-inch theatre-quality high-resolution television with streaming capabilities in family room and 4K streaming TV in all bedrooms * Fully equipped kitchen with SMART stainless steel appliances * Commercial-grade natural gas grill (No need for propane.) *Starter supplies provided * Deck furnished with commercial-grade grill, Adirondack chairs, and patio furniture for relaxation or outdoor dining GULF BLUE HAVEN HOUSE RULES 1. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent the property. 2. No parties allowed. 3. No smoking. 4. Pets are not allowed inside the property or on the grounds. 5. No early check-ins or late check-outs. 6. Place garbage containers on the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for garbage pick-up on Monday and Thursday. 6. Quiet hours - 9:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. 7. Please respect our home as well as our neighbors. Simply put, we ask that you will treat both as you would your own. *If house rules #1, 2, 3, and/or 4 are violated, guests will be asked to leave the property immediately and forfeit any refund.
