Tardamos más de una hora para hacer el check in, el comedor un poco lioso no es fácil encontrar una cucharilla, colas tremendas para sacar café, no costaría mucho poner otra maquina, los baños son con bañera, necesita un poco de arreglo, considero que no puede ser un 4 estrellas, con un 3 estaría más acorde

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et 4 jours en pension complète. La chambre était spacieuse, propre avec une vue piscine et mer. La literie est au top.La salle de bain avec baignoire, sèche cheveux, spacieuse et propre. La chambre dispose d'un mini frigo. Pour les repas, un large choix pour les buffets, nous n avons jamais mangé la même chose sur les différents repas. Les personnels de l'hôtel est adorable de la réception au restaurant et ils parlent français. Santa susanna est une station balnéaire avec des hôtels, des boutiques souvenirs et des restos mais la gare est à proximité de l'hôtel et donc facile d'aller à Barcelone sans soucis. Je retournerais dans cet établissement avec plaisir

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are basic not even a kettle or glasses in the room. The beds are rock hard tossed and turned all night and woke up with sore sides. We had to ask for a remote for the tv in our room. The aircon was not up to standard at all would have slept with the balcony door open however we had smokers in the rooms either side of us and the room would end up smelling like smoke. We assumed there would be designated smoking areas and rooms in one section of the hotel for smokers and rooms in another section of the hotel for non smokers like other hotels we have been to but this was not the case.The food was barely warm not great when you have paid for all inclusive. After speaking to other guests they too were not impressed with the food. Fresh juice machines weren't always available in the restaurant. Shame as the staff are lovely and polite. We arrived on the Monday and due to leave the Saturday however we booked an early flight home on the Thursday as the hotel was just not up to standard.

We were worried about going to this hotel based on seeing all the negative reviews which were not this when we booked. Room: I agree, the rooms are not 4* standard and the brochure images are deceiving. The room themselves are clean and have been freshly painted however the bathroom is dated and there is a lack of attention to detail including no tea and coffee facility and ill maintained grout in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable however the furniture is very basic. The balcony is small. Noise: We didn't really have an issue with noise all week. A couple of doors needed some WD40 but this was not as described for us. The only issue we had a problem was Friday night when they had an outdoor concert with fireworks which was really bad when we needed to be up early for our flight. Family: We travelled with a 2 year old. The room door can be locked but then opens when you pull the handle down from the inside and so we had a problem with our daughter trying to escape. The restaurant opens at 7pm which felt a little too late for children to be eating and our daughter was over tired by this time and so we struggled to get her to eat much. The advertised kids facility is limited and we felt was poor however this may be due to being slightly out of season. Each morning 9am-11am we could use the indoor pool free with our daughter which was welcomed as the outdoor pool was too cold. Food: Food was hit and miss. First 2 days this was cold and inedible. The heaters were not working. This was promptly fixed and we found the food OK the other days but nothing with a wow factor. Booster seats were available for children but many staff members throughout the hotel had limited English and so using google to translate was essential for effective communication. Overall: Didn't feel the hotel really fulfilled childrens requirements. The main entrance is palatial and the rooms were clean. Entertainment each night could be faintly heard from the room which is to be expected except wasn't an issue until the Friday. Not a 4* hotel and the bar was expensive. Needs attention to detail and the restaurant heaters need resolving as they were fixed but then kept breaking.

The only way I can sum up this hotel is in the bullet points below: - this is the loudest hotel I’ve ever been too. It does not stop for one second, so if you’re looking for some quiet time this is not the one. The walls are paper thin, I’ve heard every conversation between my neighbours left right, above and below me. The balcony’s are so close together we’re practically sitting on each others lap, and if you’re neighbours smoke like ours did you should expect your whole room and clothes to smell 24/7. The noise was probably our worst complaint, I’ve never been to a hotel where even for 1 minute it’s not quite - the hotel seemed to be the accommodation for approximately 100 teenagers who were on what looked like a school trip. This massively affected our experience because they were loud, crowded all the areas, and made tea times unpleasant at the Buffett as it was a fight to get food on your plate. We found this extremely inappropriate being paying guests on a holiday we had travelled to, and felt like we did not spend our money to be in the same company as those on a school trip. - the Buffett was extremely limited in food. I’ve spent my life going to all inclusive hotels every year and I’d say this one was the most restricted with choice. The salad options were nice, but for heated food your looking at approx 8 different dishes and that’s it (they repeat all the food on the opposite side so it looks like more) - the rooms are basic and old, especially the bathroom. Ours actually had what looked like a splatter of sticky food on the ceiling too but otherwise was clean. The maid service came every day at appropriate times. - the reception staff can barely speak any English so they can’t help you with your problems. They are a bit stand off-ish and never asked us how our stay was when we checked out. The bar staff however were polite, but again couldn’t speak much English so often got orders wrong -you have to pay a deposit for your all inclusive band (never done this before) so prepare for that in advance if you have a big family as it’s 10 euro per person. I’m in the stages of trying to get my money back for this but they are struggling to refund it because I paid contactless; so I’m not happy about that! - the aircon is switched to HEATING. We turned ours on to the lowest setting and was cooking all night, and when we asked reception they informed us they haven’t switched the hotel over to cold aircon yet… we couldn’t sleep with the door open because it made the noice worse, and also our neighbours were smoking 40 cigarettes just over the night time - the pool is absolutely freezing, so you couldn’t go in it. Good points: -shower pressure was good -the bedroom wall was decorative -San magel on tap -you can always get a subbed (it is April though) Good luck to you if you go in summer, if this is what it’s like now then god knows what you’re in for.

Bad stuff bad food I really don’t recommend this place is waste of money and time. The worst holiday ever. On the bar the staff was very rude and look at us like we were some intruders for them. I drink some beer maybe 5 in 2 hours and then they didn’t want to serve me anything. Disappointed .
